can a payday advance company take without notice my entire paycheck?

Ok so I had a debt collector call me saying 2 years ago I defaulted on a loan, now they are threatening to serve a summons and make me pay 1500.00 for a 500.00 loan. Can I make payments? Can they arrest me? I dont even know if its my debt 100%. I filled out a lot of online requests for loans but noone approved me, could that be part of this?? I am really scared. :(

I paid a medical collection last year and they haven't removed it. I also paid two more collections this week and want them to stop reporting them any advice.

I am in Flordia. I have had an account with Ameriloan for about a year. I got 4 loans in 7 months, 3 of which I paid off, I am now in the 4th loan.

I currently have 3 payday loans out that I got through the internet. I live in Indiana but the lenders were all out of state. The lenders were Cash Supply, Outback Bucks, and GRC Funding. I have been paying the finance charges on these loans and it seems as if there is no end. For two of these loans I will make my last payment on July 17, 2009 because I have bene paying down but I won't even be able to make my mortgage payment this payday because so much money is being taken out of my account Is there anything I can do to stop them from debiting money from my account.

Okay, so I just read that payday loans are actually illegal in New Jersey. I borrowed 600 from Loan Point USA and they have refinanced the loan twice for 180 dollars which didn't even go towards the loan, just finance charges. I am in somewhat of a bind right now, and I do not have 780 to pay back right now. Since it is illegal does the $360 that I paid so far towards finance charges need to go towards the loan itself? PLEASE HELP! Thanks :)

I was ripped off by a real estate agent regarding an estate. The real estate agent did not pay me back estate monies, so the state of Maryland has entered a judgment against me for the remaining unpaid amount owed by the real estate agent. Can I file bankruptcy to rid the large judgment?

Just wondering if they ever do end up reporting on your score if you don't pay? I'm trying to raise my credit score and don't need any more collections and such on my report. Right now the ones I am worried about are PayDay One and CashNet USA which I have found out on this forum are legal and operate as CSO's or whatever. Payday One hasn't sent me anything in the mail, just call every few days or so. CashNet has sent a couple of notices in the mail that my acct is past due and to call.

WoooHoooo....I made my last payment yesterday to my LAST payday loan!!!!!! I am very proud to say that I am payday loan free!!!! :D I never thought this day would come, but it has. Thanks to the help of the wonderful people here who showed me the way!! I will NEVER get another one!!! I hope my kids learned from us not to get into that mess. I cannot stress enough how it will affect your life and finances. We are finally getting other things paid up and paid off now that these loans are GONE!! Just thought I would give ya a update :D Thanks to everyone who helped me through this!!

WILL THIS EVER STOP? I get a voicemail at work from Kevin Andrews. He says I need to call him immediately with a debit card to make a payment. He says he can't believe I took out a PDL and only paid three service charges and not the PDL itself ($350) of course I borrowed $350, paid $315 and can't pay the remainder because they will not give me an address. Anyway he says I obviously misinterepted the terms of my contract because I closed my account. I HATE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! NO questions really, just needed to vent :)
