I have a pdl for $200 but not exactly sure who it's with or if they are even legal. The phone number they called from is 1888-989-5461 their email is @cwbservices.net. after Googling a few names come up such as Bel Capital Corp. I'm in Michigan and trying to figure out who this lender is and if they are even licensed and legal. Any help would be appreciated..thanks!

I had a CS rep from SplashCash tell me that they are investigating me for bank fraud for closing my bank account prior to them debiting it. The guy was a real jerk and nasty and told me that he was recording our conversation. I have sent a letter to them with a money order for the full balance of principal...I don't think this is going to be easy.

I received court documents saying i'm being sued for medical bills. the collection agency is sueing me but the plaintff that is named is the hospital that the bills are from. When i called the hospital they said they turned the past due bill over to a collection agency. Can the collection agency use the hospital as the plaintiff? the paprwork says to contact the collection agency to resolve.

Does anyone know whether "online" payday and installment loan companies need to be licensed in the state of WI in order to do business? Also, is a payday loan the same as an installment loan? I'm confused. Thanks.

How can I pay off a loan other than ACH or providing my debit card number? From what I experienced today, it seems close to impossible.

I am so upset that I am shaking. I got into PDL hell and am trying to get out of it. My wonderful bf loaned me $$ to pay them off....that's the tricky part. I have a loan with VIP Loan Shop and Splash Cash, which claims Sovereign Immunity. I was going to use a PDL settlement company but then he gave me the $$ to pay them off. I closed my checking account and the PDL settlement company sent ACH revocation letters and a limited power of attorney to the providers. I advised the settlement company that I would not be using them and that I would try to settle on my own...big mistake.
