Is there a way I can get a judgement dismissed if I was not sued in my county?

I have 4 seperate loans , combining for 800 every 2 weeks from my pay. Anyone with any info for California? I have ameriloan , cash supply, united cash loans and GRC funding. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!

He has spammed twice and I have asked him to remove his signature line....he needs watching.

CashNet USA-loan was for $550-saying I owe $867.02-threatning to sue PayDay One-I don't know if I owe them or how much they want, but I just got a call from them on my cell phone citing "an important business matter" and that it was not a soliciation call AmeriLoan-forgot the original loan amount...but just set up pmt arrangements with them last week for $94.68/mo starting this month through Sept. They seemed to be friendly and understanding. SpeedyCash-original loan was $500-not sure what they claim I owe now. They are still trying to deduct from my bank acct.

Story is that all of the sudden Bob Lindsey has a national network of attorneys.....its highly suspect that any lawyer would do business directly with a slimeball non lawyer like Lindsey because of the ethical issues involved governing attorney relationships with non lawyers. Bob Lindseys network is "yeah you need a lawyer here are the yellow pages. What does Bob Lindsey offer these federal lawyers when he sends these customers to them?

Can an illegal on line pay day loan company really sue me? How could that be if they are illegal in the first place?

Got some rather interesting info for you all of you if you live in California and have a loan with Paychecktoday.com. MTE dba Paychecktoday.com had a 'Desist & Refrain' order issued against them June 27, 2008. (go to the Ca. Dept of Corporations website and you can view it). Basically they are NOT licensed in CA and are not allowed to lend. I was having issues with my payday loan and was sent to their recovery department. I spoke with their 'supervisors' Antoinette and Mark who proceeded to yell, scream, threaten me and hang up on me.

Bob Lindsey and "The Credit Card Solution" are being investigated by the Texas AG office because of mounting consumer complaints including false and deceptive advertising, unlicensed practice of law as well as many other examples of fraud. Bob Lindsey has blatantly lied on his scam sites advertising that he had helped 6000 customers LIE and eliminated $150,000,000 in debt an even bigger lie! What can you expect Bob Lindsey is a pathological BS artist! Get your money back and get away from Lindsey as fast as you can!

I had this company call me today at work, and they said that they are "downloading" some sort of court order against me, for a PDL I had with Payday Loan Yes. I looked up that name, and can't find anything on the internet. I also looked up the number he gave me: 360-205-0092 and all that comes up in the google search is stories like mine and people saying it's fraudulent. The funny thing is, I tried to pay off the PDL last year (and kept all of my email communication with them, just in case!).
