I am needing help with two payday loans, They are taking so much in interest every week I am falling behind on my bills. I have loans with : arrowhead Investment, loan amount was 400.00 +120 interest=520.00 Payday-Loan-Yes loan amount was 300.00+105 interest=405.00 I have paid 600.00 so far to arrowhead investment,only interest. I have payed 630.00 so far to pay-day-loan-yes, only interest. I live in florida. Please help me to get out of this never ending cycle. Thanks :cry:

Okay, here's the situation. I went by a friend's place the other day to drop something off, and he said someone had come by earlier that morning looking for me to give a summons to court. I previously lived with this guy so obviously they have my old address.

i sent discount advances and c&d letter revoking them from any ach transactions and this morning my account was in the negative!!!!!!!!!!!!! they hit it 3 times back to back what should i do now!!!!! please help me im in a hurry

I need help with several internet payday loans. Got myself into this mess now I need help getting out. I have loans with Dollar quick 500.00 original paid 1200.00 so far Payday Yes 350 original paid 105.00 so far Payday payday 400.00 original paid 650.00 so far Fast Cash 700.00 original... I can't say have over a year paid probably 2,000 so far I have two lines of credit in Virginia and I am trying to get them paid down (storefront).

A CA was trying to make me pay a debt that I told them I din't owe. But they never responded to my communications. An attorney called the original creditor and found out that the debt was indeed already paid and that I didn't owe anything. Can I sue the collection agency for their non-cooperation?

I got a letter from a collections company on a Capital One Card. Leading Edge Recovery sent the letter on the behalf of Galaxy Portfolio Management and it is showing also Creditor: Elite Recovery Acquisitions LLC. I pulled my credit report, it shows only Elite Recovery company for this account. Also here is the rest of what was on the report. Date open N/A, Date Reported 12/2008, Date of Major Delinquency 05/08.. Date of last payment N/A...Charged off $0, Date Closed does not show anything, Date of First Delinquency 11/04.

In case anyone was wondering I have not run off and joined the Peace Corp or anything! I have been busy trying with limited success to promote the free ebook that you see in my signature! Has anyone had any success at getting refunds on illegal payday loans once they have been paid in full? I just finished paying off a bunch of payday loans, all internet based, and although I do not know if all of them are legal in AZ, im sure that some of them are not. I have a question.. I had a problem with payday loans last year. I settled with a money order to VIP cash, but now they are saying I never paid :( I live in NJ and i know they are not legal here but I am mad because i DID pay! Is it really impossible to trace a money order?
