I have online payday loan and other payday loans that are not online. Is it any way I can consolidate both the online and other pay day loans that i have written a check for?

Hello, I co-signed a $45k private student loan back in 2000 for my then wife's MBA, now ex-wife. She has subsequently remarried, and has decided not to be a stay-at-home mom. However, I know her husband does work as a manager at a telcom company. I suspect that their house is in his name and not hers. So, I have been informed that she will not make regular payments to the loan, if at all. My family is barely making paycheck to paycheck. Is there any way I can sue her husband for anything? I have two kids of my own to care for (not hers, we do not have kids in common).

Hi all, I've got about $30k worth of credit card debt. Credit score is a little below 700. Not past due on anything. Have one recent negative report on my credit report from a cable company dispute. My average APR is probably around 15%. it might actually be lower then that, but just temporarily due to a balance transfer (lower apr on the transfer for x months etc). I've never looked into anything beyond balance transfers before. I'd like to know what my options are.

I JUST GOT A CAR REPO'D AND THEY ARE THREATENING TO TAKE ME TO COURT IF I DON'T HAVE 12,000 OR 4000.00 AND 560.00 A MONTH MORE THEN MY PAYMENTS BEFORE THE CAR WAS REPO'D, IF THEY GET A JUDGEMENT CAN THEY TAKE FROM MY BUSINESS OR BUSINESS BANK ACCOUNT

Got a call this morning from a debt collector, calling about a landline phone account supposedly opened in my name in 2001. I no longer live in that state, I live in Louisiana now. If I remember right, utility bill debts fall under the UCC, is that right? And if so, how do I find out the statute of limitations that applies? I dont think it is the same as the regular debt SOL....is it? I told the guy on the phone that I dispute the debt completely, the address they had for a service address is one that I never resided at, got my mail delivered to or anything else.

How can I change my name on this site? I don't want the default name the system gave me but when I try to edit my profile it won't change it.

Does anyone know this company. I had a $300.00 deposit into my account yesterday. I've gone through my emails to see if there were loan papers sent and nothing. I'm not paying anything I did not authorize.

Hi I'm checking my credit report. I live in NC. The SOL for credit cards is 3 years. Does this start from when the last payment was not made. Also a couple more questions? If your credit report does not reflect when last payment was made how can I find this out. Also what does it mean on your credit report statement as follows Date of First Delinquency. Is this the date to which the last payment was made?

I believe Citibank now handles all Furniture Row accounts. The number I have for them hasn't worked in over a week. Help! Anyone have that info?

hi all, i just got an email from capital funding about a loan that was supposed to be forgiven. now they want to collect or report me to the creadit bureaus and sue. any feed back would be appreciated. i live in the state of mass. thank you.
