Ok. I have and the pleasure of speaking to several people from this "firm". And also an April Moore" who is supposed to be a locator to serve me papers. I wanted to give her my address to serve me but she wouldn't take it. She insisted I call the firm and give it to them and they would send her a release. She stated she was going to serve me at work and call and talk to my mgr to make them aware of the situation. Which I think is bizarre. She also called and spoke to my relative and told her that I for myself into a bit of trouble. Yada yada yada.

I have not had a payday loan since 2010, I paid off all my legal loans and paid the principal only on my illegal loans. The problem is the illegal loans still harrass me from time to time for collections and sometimes I get calls on loans I never had. Well suddenly about 4 months ago I started receiving calls saying my application had been approved, they had my old account information from my bank that was over 2 years old and I had not applied for anything. This has been happening every month. While I am getting these calls I get collection calls as well.

Hi everyone. I owe Cashjar $93.75. I sent them an email stating that I could pay them $46.88 on April 12, 2013. The balance of $46.88 on May 10, 2013. They agreed to the terms. but they will give me a "Settlement in Full" letter. Is that different from PIF? Are they scramming me again Any help will be greatly appreciated. deanie

well, I pulled my credit report and VIP is on it. what the heck. I dont owe them a thing. So I submitted a disput waiting to hear back. Anyone have any suggestions. I have all my paperwork 2009, glad i kept it. it is a collection agency that did the reporting not VIP so i am going to assume VIP sold it.

I sent a DV letter to an agency and didn't hear back. After a few weeks, however, I got a huge package that was torn open on one end and had what appears to be all of my credit card statements in it. There was a generic letter stating I must have requested this info, but here's the thing: It wasn't signed or even marked as being by the creditor OR the debt collection agency. There was nothing in it stating it was in response to my validation letter, and not even a person's name on it as a signature. It appears to have come directly from the credit card company. So what do I make of that?

Ok I sent the certified letter to Delbert Services and they sent me back a letter for a settlement which I have nothing to settle Ive already overpaid. I would like a refund but Ive let that go just really want to be done with this whole thing. Any sugguestion would be appreciated.

So something came up and I needed the cash, budgeted everything out and had a plan to pay down my online payday loans. Then I lost my job. Now it's a game of catchup that I can't possibly win as it stands right now. Family is sick of helping me out and I can't have my bank account go negative again or the overdraft fees will eat me alive. Decided I should probably close my bank account ahead of the next round of PDL pulls. I need some advice..

I am interested in consolidated all of my payday loans into one payment per month. Please advise on how to go about accomplishing this. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
