Has anyone had any experience in getting Cashnet to agree to splitting your final payment in 2 or 3 before defaulting? I have a large amt coming due next week and I'm not going to be able to pay it. However, if they split into 2, I'd have no problems. Wondering if they have done this for anyone up front, or if you have to default first?

ok i need addresses for credit protection depot/my cash now. i did a search and not sure which one is the newest one. also, need advice. cashnet usa is threatening to report me to a collection agency and the 3 credit bureaus. they can't legally do that can they?

My understanding is that individual student loans qualify for forbearance periods adding up to 3 total years. I also understand that consolidated student loans qualify for three years of forbearance. As such, can one go through three years, then consolidate and then have three more years available?

Can anyone tell me if United Cash Loans is legal in RI? I have a $500.00 loan with them that I have paid $370 to date - I sent them a letter revoking my ACH and told them I would only pay them the balance of $130 - I have closed my checking account and opened a new one - they call me every day and won't take no for an answer. I also told them they were not to contact me or my references by phone but they don't seem to listen since I am getting calls every hour from them on both my home, office and cell - HELP Thank you

I need some Payday Loan help in Ohio. I have a company called PanAm Cash that's ripping me off bigtime! At first I had a $200 loan with a "service fee" of $70. What they don't tell you is that this "fee" is charged every week until you pay off the loan! I paid the first "service fee" and they approved me for another $300, which they combined with the original $200 and now charge me a service fee of $150. I've paid them almost $370 in "service fees" and it states that my loan balance is $650!!! How do I stop this nightmare?!?

Hi, Due to 2 business failures I got delinquent and since February this year I stopped paying on my Lowe's Card. I am now in collection with Encore for 9000.00. I asked for settlement over the phone 2 weeks after receiving their letter and they gave me a 80% amount of 7200.00 which I declined. Questions: 1. Can I still ask for Debt validation because they happened to know my last payment information on it? 2.

We live in Illinois. Our mortgage is through Chase Home Finance. I have been running a month behind on our mortgage payment for quite some time now. Chase had never contacted us until 2 nights ago. Someone came to our door and was wanting to take pics of our house to make sure it is being maintained and to make sure someone lives here. The guy told my husband it is routine. He handed him a piece of paper with a phone number on it and said to call it and it would be explained what was going on.

i have been getting harrassing letters form RJM concerning an account that i have proof i have settled. i have even contacted the original account holder and confirmed this. how do iget the harrassing letters to stop?

I am not sure whether or not my husband and I are on chexsystem. We went and just opened a free checking account with US Bank but did not order checks bc we are going to be moving from the State where we live right now and I wanted to wait until we would see where we will end up living at. Anyways, at the end of February my husband and I went and closed our checking acct with Wellsfargo because we were going to file a bankrputcy and we had our mortgage wiht them.
