Okay so bank account is closed but when I talked to Cashnet USA today they said "MY BANK" had not "Notified" them that the account was closed so in their mind it was still open. This worries me......on several levels! After arguing with the lady that it was closed she was adament I give her a bank account number and told me they would not accept western union payment? She was pushing me to give her my new bank acct #....I lied and said I didn't have one.

I had a $250.00 loan with them and have only paid $75.00. I just rcvd a call claiming I now owe 355.00 unless I want to avoid further legal ramifications. Are they licensed to do business in Utah? It was an internet payday loan. If they are not, I am going to only allow the balance less the $75.00 I have already paid. I have had a really hard time finding any information on them. Most search engines are not finding any information other than what has been inside these forums. Please help...

Am being requesting for the third time validation for a debt that I believe a don’t own. The collection agency only sent me a bill. The date of the bill/account was for day of service October 10, 2002 -November 10, 2002. How can a demand a validation of this account or How I will know if this account past the Statute of Limitations. Please Help me!
