I need help on consolidating my debt.

Hello I am in the state of Alabama The original company that owned the account "closed" in 2003 and I guess a third party collector purchased the account to collect on, but this account actually was paid out close to the end of 2004. I need to know can this third party collector "re-age " this account and legally sue me?? The statue of limitations in the state of Alabama is 3 years according to state law, therefore this debt is more than 5 years old if they are trying to say the account went delinquent in 04' or 05'.

is there somebody that can help with paydayloans and credit cards? most of the counseling people say people say they can help with credit cards but not payday loans. is it that payday loan people won't work with like cccs? but then why would they work with langhorne? just curious.

I've managed to keep all of this trouble from my boyfriend (which hasn't been easy) I mean we live together and bank at the same bank so he's well aware of what the overdraft notices look like. Well he called me at work today and was very upset because he found out my account was overdrawn by $960...I don't know if he opened it by mistake or what. Anyway, he got really upset and I told him I didn't want to talk about it at work in front of everyone. I texted him the (short) version of what happened.

HI! Back when I was in my late teens, early 20's, I accumulated alot of credit card debt.....about $30,000 worth. Basically, I let them all become charge-offs. It has been about 15 years. Being young and dumb, I thought they would just go away through some sort of stature of limitations. Every once in a while I get a letter or a phone call from a collection agency. I lived in Cali until 3 years ago. About 2 years ago, out of the blue I applied for a credit card without a job....just my ebay earnings. Unfortunately I was approved for $6000.
