I made the mistake of not checking out Kevin Trudeau and ordered the book Debt Cures. What a crock of nothing. He goes on and on page after page calling credit card companies and collection agency bad names - but no helpful information exists in his trash he calls a book. Someone PLEASE TELL ME HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?

What if you ask a check place to work out a payment plan and they wont work one out with you is there any thing that can be done

Hi I am working on sending my letters to the payday companies, but my bank also requires a copy. Before I send it out can someone please give it a look over. I would greatly Appreciate it. The only thing I am iffy about is the contact of employer and wage information as I am currently unemployed and receiving benefits. I am from NY and have 3 Loans Paydaymax - Currently in Collections with Professional Debt Mediation, inc - $300, $240 paid. (claim i owe $600 settlement) US Fast Cash - $200, $125 paid.

We had our court session today for our chapter 7 bk. The trustee questioned my remainder interest in my parents house. They have a life estate. The remainder interest is valued at $25,000 and my sister is the coowner with me. My attorney will be calling me on this tomorrow, but I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with a situation like this. If the trustee wants to sell my interest, who would they try to sell it to? How would they go about that?

Hey, I am about ready to make some debt settlement offers to the American Express, Wells Fargo, and Advanta. Any suggestions on the best way to do this? Should I call them or just send them a letter. What success have some of you had. My goal is to try to settle for around 30% of the balance or lower. Do you think this is realistic? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am running low on time with these companies. Thanks!

how easy is it to go it alone and try to work with pdl's. i currently am going with pdl debt assistance.
