Hello I had to write the same thing has just happened to me and I desperately need advise... Ok here are some details; The letter is for Wake Co. in N.Caroina (I presently live in Alaska) The letter stating that this was my last chance to settle before going to litigation was dated February 6, my daughter didn't forward it to me til May 15. The summons was issued April 2, and was served May 8, to her not me by someone that didn't verify proof of idenity or establish that I even lived there, just said give it to me. She arrived from her May 16.

Can anyone tell me if US Fast Cash and 500 Fast Cash are affiliates or one and the same. I know that address below is correct from USFASTCASH, but I've been seeing different addresses out of Miami, OK for 500 Fast Cash. Do they have different mailing addresses and what should I use for 500 Fast Cash? USFastCash 3531 P Street NW , PO Box 111 Miami, OK 74355

Any comments about which is better to deal with? :roll:

My husband and I both each have 2 payday loans. We are paying almost $700 a month in charges alone to these companies. I realize this is of our own doing, and it is not the fault of the companies that we have borrowed from. However, we cannot afford to keep paying this. It is taking away from things that our family needs. Any advice in regards to what would happen if we did not pay these would be greatly appreciated. These are storefront loans at Checksmart, Cashland and Advance America. None of them are internet lenders. Any and all advice and/or info would be so greatly appreciated.

I am curious about something, well, alot of things actually, but this has me most curious right now. Say you have 7-8 creditors, 100K debt, what is your phone ringing off the hook all day everyday? I just wonder, when you have company and the machine kicks on with these people begging for money on the machine. How many calls a day do you get? Do you just shut all ringers off except on days when you will field calls and use cell phone mainly?? Also, after settlement, and you've moved things to a new bank, does this mean we'll never be able to have an ATM card again?

Hi-- I'm a little confused. Wamu/Chase closed my checking account. Activity on the account has been restricted since 5/4, and the account was scheduled for final closure today. So no checks or ACH have been honored since 5/4. Meanwhile, I have 5 payday loans, all of which were scheduled for payments on friday 5/1. Payments for two of the loans went through on 5/1, but for some reason I guess the payments to the other 3 didn't "clear" on 5/1. Normally, they would just have posted on 5/4. But because my account had been restricted, they didn't go through.

i graduated college a few yrs ago and have been paying my loans as agreed. with that said, i have consolidated once with slm. i've been reading online about slm dropping student loans servicing..will i automatically have to consolidate with the dl loans? slm won't get rid of me? i've had nothing but good things w/this provider..except the customer service people are hard to understand..all my loans are stafford feds..
