In Texas, my wife and her attorney missed the temprorary order hearing. the judge awarded me the kids, wife pay child support, and get to establish the primary resident of the kids.
Recently, I recieved a motion to set aside default judgement from the opposing counsel. The request states that she was in another court and my wife was in the hallway.
This thread has been dormant since about mid march except for four posts, three of which were rather nasty personal attack posts. they have been taken care of and I locked the thread
is there any palce out there that can help me legally raise my score?? all of my baddies are paid/settled but my score stinks..i have tried opening new good paid as agreed accounts, tried time like 7 years and negs are falling off report, but nothing seems to raise my score...any pointers?

Hi I have questions on how interest is calculated. I live in Ohio had a car charged off, then two years later it was repoed. I paid $2000.00 on the balance of 6696.00, and I was supposed to pay $80 a week until it was paid off, well again I lost another job which lead to the chargeoff in the first place. My question is I recieved a letter from the CA stating the balance is now $7791.00, and the caur will be auctioned off May 23rd. Is interest calculated at 10% each year?
