I can only access Experian online, then other 2 say that can't do it but I have never found much difference between them. I finally got Midland off my report (only took 3 years of back and forth fighting) but now I am left with nothing on my report. It literally is blank. What now? I know no credit is as bad as bad credit but how do I start again? Should I pay for my other reports to verify everything is off or should I just apply for a credit card or something? I want to buy a house in 2 years and the only thing I have coming up is a student loan that I will be getting in the fall.

Can someone answer this question. My neighbor just came over with 888-593-8403 Waren Lowy's phone number from URS. She said he call saying he was trying to reach me and would I tell him. I do not know how he got my neighbor's name or number. Can they call my neighbor?

I found this board, three short weeks ago. In that time, I have made amazing progress against my pdl "habit". Three weeks ago, I had 3 storefront pdl's. ( which I am still paying on) and 8 internet payday loans. Since contacting all of the internet payday lenders that I have overpaid, I have been able to get 3....yes count them 3, paid in fulls. I am still waiting for the actual letters, but I keep following up with them each day until I receive them.

I received a phone call today at my home from 866-618-5732. The call was supposed to be from Attorney Rodney Jovi's office. I can't find any information on this law office. Has anyone ever heard of him? It was in relation to a Check n Go loan that this office says I never made the last payment on, but I believe it was paid off and it was over 2 years ago when the loan ended. The person that called went on to say it was in pre-litigation and when I requested documentation he said if that was my stance on the matter they would go ahead and litigate. So I said OK.

I live in PA and i have taken 2 pdl 's one from The DJR Group LLC and the other is Ashlund Funding. I have so far not paid anything back at all on either loan. First are these companies illegial? If they dont get there money out of my bank account what can they do? Can they garnish my paycheck or press charges against me. i will pay back the loan but i will have to either pay by money order or western union since my account is already overdrawn and i cant afford to bring it to a positive balence.How should i handle this?

Hi A S Associates of TX called me at home work cell looking for 535.00 that i own to a payadv comp.I try to make arragement with them I even gave them my c/c for them to charge me 125.00 which was all I could pay at the time and asked them to pl give me more time they took my payment and told me I had till noon today our I was going to be arrested for non pymt of my load that they try to to do an elect.payment an counldnt so they are saying that the payadv coming wents done to charge me with 2 ck usf

I seem to be deeply attracted to buying things I can't afford and spending money I don't have. I went through personal bankruptcy once before (2002) and now all I have is a car loan and the worst mistake I ever made; Payday Loans! Worse they are Internet PDL's and in some cases I can't track them down because they did not post a phone #. I have 17 of them (I go through manic periods where I honestly don't know what I am doing) outstanding and I am sure I will loose my job. My sister is willing to help me but I can't put together a good list or anything else.

I finally got them to discharge my loan after a long battle but I made payments the whole time because of the threats to garnish. They took my tax refund, so now what happens? Do I get credit for the money already paid to them or is it a lost cause?

posted this in the wrong forum earlier... I sent my wage assignment revocation and ACH revocation letter to Cash Transfer Center today. I attempted to log into the site to see if they had attached the letters to the file yet and I was told I no longer have rights to log into the site. Should I wait for a follow up e-mail? Also, do I just send a copy of the wage revocation letter to my HR department or is there something different I need to do? Thanks

I have cc debt of about 22,000. I have an excellent credit score and have a great history of paying my bills ontime. No late fees or anything. I would liike to get a loan or consolidate all of these so I can breathe a little easier. If I consolidate will it affect my credit?
