Hello, I was contacted by an credit recovery agency last month about on overpayment from my job I left in Sept 1999 at a University in CA. They overpaid me by two checks that were direct deposited into my house account (at this time I was living in OH. I now reside in MA. I told the women from the CA that I needed documentation of this overpayment and she sent me a paper that did not give a breakdown or accounting of how they (the University) determined this overpayment. She said that was all of the information that they had.

Hello, I have been searching the web and trying to get my second mortgage through Ditech modified after our bankruptcy but no one will talk to us. They say they can't because of the bankruptcy. I am not understanding why. I am still in my home and trying to pay on one less salery. It is a whopping 11% on this second mortgage. What happens if we fall behind. What can they do to our home seeing as they are a secondary and the house isnt even worth the price of the original home loan? Can they kick us out or put a lien on the home until its paid? I am lost.

So, we overdrafted on an account. We can pay it off in time, but I can't afford to do it right now. It's a joint account with me and my husband's name. If we both go to the bank, is there a way we can remove his name from that account, even though it's overdrafted? I know they won't let us close the account, which is fine, but I want his name off it in case it effects our credit later on. My credit is toast anyway, but his is still in decent shape. Will the banks let you remove one name from an overdrafted account?

Does anyone have an ACH revocation letter for Delaware or know where I can find one? I was stupid and foolish and have roughly 10 loans out there and it looks like almost every one is illegal in the state. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
