Hi. I took out a PDL from Payday Loan Yes. Yesterday I received a call from Thompson & Associates and they claim that I have committed Larceny and they are filing a suit with the County Sheriff's Office. Is this company legit and can they do that?

Im currently in the process of disputing multiple things on my credit report. Like inaccurate items such as tradelines, wrong addresses, and wrong name spellings. When I send the letters to the CRA's should this all be in one envelope or should I send a different certified letter for each thing. Like send a letter for inquiries, a letter for disputes, and a letter for wrong name and addresses? Or just put them in one envelope and send it all as one?

hi, no matter how many times I try, and I did at least four this year, Equifax refuses to provide the free copy of my report. They keep sending letters stating I did not send what they need and I did. What to do?

hi, I have a year 2004 debt of 158$ on my credit report. it's from a returned check, at least listed like that. I wrote certified return receipt to the collector three times and had no response. Transunion did investigation and decided to delete it. Experian did it once and simply reconfirmed the debt online with no proof offered. I contacted them again and they have the debt listed under investigation again forever now. I am simply unable to find out anything about the debt. How do I make Excperian delete it since they seem not to have proof that this is mine.

i am am 17 years old, and i received services from a lab when i was 16. the services are confidential. The lab is billing me for over 500$. they are now trying to send me to collection. I know that they can't but how can i get them to stop harrasing me? i already told them i dont have a job, i am a full time student and that i am having alot of medical problems as is. I will be having another surgery in june. I don't want my mother to find out what the services were for, so what should i do? my mother did not sign anything, i went alone for the services.

the 4plex is in okay condition. they are all 2br 1bth. the rent in the area for this type goes for 1000min and around 1300 max. My family would live in one of the apts. we would rent the others. my mother makes 2k a month, my brother about 1k, i make about 400. 3400 all together-food&bills= 2700 if we rent the other 3 apt for 1100 we would get 3300+2700+6k. the monthly payment ont he property i guess would be 3k. and 3k surplus. but we would still have to pay for sewage garbage, gas. we would do the maintanence our selves. what are the up's and downs of buying the property?

How can you do it yourself when the payments are eating up your paycheck and other bills are way behind.
