They are: Check City (Online) $575 Check City (Store Front) $575 Payday Cash (Store Front) $575 Ace Cash Loans (Store Front) $575 Speedy Cash (Store Font) $360 Check into Cash (Online) $575 Cashnet USA (Online) $575 My checking acct is overdrawn today because Advance America sent in a check that I had arrangements on. I have spoken to the branch manager at my bank and I am closing my account tomorrow. What do I do?? Can I be sued??? I am so stressed out, I'm losing sleep... Please Help!!

Hi! I live in MS and am supremely stupid. (I never claimed not to be) I got in over my head with PDL's and signed up with Progressive Debt Relief. After I finally felt like I could breathe again...I started having money problems. So like an idiot, I turned to PDL's AGAIN. I honestly don't know what to do. I don't want to close my account...I don't know if Suntrust will even let me.

I have about 11 credits cards, 2 personal loans and 4 store cards. Some with high balances. My total revolving balance on these is about $23,000. Never had a late payment on any of these account, but I feel I will fall behind any minute now, because wife is pregnant and had to take over her bills. My credit score is between 650-680. Can someone give me some advice on what to do? Thought about a consolidation loan, but I don't own a home. And the other option that I have will affect my credit, if I am not mistaken, right? I need some advice. All help will be very appreciated. Thank you!

Good afternoon, Thanks for putting up this site. I hope I can, down the road, help someone else and give something back. For now---I'm here looking for any advice. I fell deep into the payroll loan trap, and then lost half my regular income. I have loans out to these 6 (yikes!) companies. I closed my account, so they can't get in. I called each one and, with some of them, to at least keep them off my back, arranged to pay them 100.00 per month, via moneygram, starting in about 3 weeks and the amount is frozen.

We have tried to get Ocwen to help us with our mortgage. We qualify for President Obama's "Making Home Affordable" program. Ocwen said we didn't qualify. So they said "tough, just make your payments". We are falling behind every month and end up paying more in late fees that we can barely pay our other bills. What can be done?

I had a CA internet installment loan through checkngo in 2006 and a someone from an attorneys office called my job stating they were garnishing my wages. I asked them to send me something in the mail and not call my job to prove I owed about $400, as I thought it was paid off. The unidentified lady stated she did not have to send me anything proving this. Then an un-named guy from the same place called my job again the next day asking for my payroll department and I refused to give him that info then he call my house and spoke to my mother telling her that he was garnishing my wages.

ok here's my deal: i paid/settled all my baddies years ago and they are starting to delete from my report one by one...how much can my score raise if a neg is deleted? does it raisse if negs are deleted? i have paid my student loans faithfully the last 5 yrs or so and have not incurred any debt...any ideas?

I had a Dell account that has been placed with this company. I have paid them about 600.00 in the last two months but they want more and more. They set monthly amounts that I can't afford. I haven't talked to them in a while because they are so rude. I have been sending payments though. Has anyone dealt with them and how do you get them to lower their ridiculous payments? I got a little behind in my bills and I want to pay them off but they won't work with me.
