bk7 attorney harrasing before go in front of the trustee

Getting ready to go in front of the BK7 trustee when my attorney, the one I paid to protect me, said that you're abusing ccs and they will file charges against you. I started shaking... Is it normal? It looked like someone just took my money and smacked me across my face. For four months we were working with my case and never was anything like that said to me, or warning for the consequences which weren't true to begin with.

LVNV Funding dispute

Is it legal for LVNV and the original creditor to show the same previously disputed info 3 times on each of the credit reports. (After disputing with the original creditor several years ago, they changed the account number of the account that had fraudulent activity, and now the 1 account is showing several times) any help is appreciated.

Help me with this CA threatening lawsuit PLEASE!

How do I deal with a CA (or litigation company - I'm not sure what they are?) that is giving me false info and never identified themselves as a CA? They first left a message on my mom's (we don't eve live in the same city) answering machine saying that there was a civil lawusuit against me for a credit card I had over 10 years ago. I had forgotten about it as I don't even remember if it was Visa or Mastercard. They left a phon number and case#. I called back later in the evening and provided the case # when I was then connected to a guy that verified my address, name, etc.

CACH and CACV lawsuits

I work in a job that I go to our local courthouse often, I live in Texas and work in a county that is kinda small, we are about 2 hours away from DFW. Anyway, I looked up court cases on CACH vs. whoever and CACV vs. whoever. I found it interesting, that most cases that the defendent filed an answer to are just sitting there or have been dismissed, the cases where no answer was filed by the defendent was when CACH or CACV got there judgement.
