The judge gave him FULL custodyof his son. Grandparents(who are flyng out there today, and Bf are picking him up today (company gave him a load going up to near where his son is. Bf is an OTR Truck driver) and they are picking him up at the academy he was enrolled in in MN, and taking him back to Madison. Provided mom doesn't show up first and take off with him(which she's already threatened to do). But at least this time there will be an amber alert, if that happens. At this point mom doesn't have a stable home, job etc. Hell we don't even know where she is.

I got an email from them this morning inviting me. Funny thing is they used my Soaplady user name from this board...and this is he only board I use it on! I use another name on all other credit boards and forums. Who are these people?

In DIY debt settlement, do I have to give my financial informtion to the credit card company at hand? That is, my income, loans, bills, groceries, etc? Is this required of me? Do they have methods of verifying my income? Not that I would make up such a thing, but do people give them inaccurate numbers to make them see more acceptable to settlement?

Has anyone had any experience with Boston Debt Solutions? I have a family member that is dealing with them right now and they seem to be ripping her off left and right. She has paid over $1600 to them in 7 months and they have yet to pay any of her creditors.

Hello: I live in PA and I have loans with Discount Advances, Biggest Cash, Cash Central, Cashnet USA, Payday Done. I never signed the contract with Biggest Cash yet they put money in my account apparently. I didn't even realize and they say I'm responsible for it. I borrowed $1000.00 from Payday one. I have paid $2572.00 and they want another $782.00. I told them that can't be right and they said the law says it is. So I called the Department of Banking just today 4/28/09.

I recently recieved a letter from Asset Acquisition Group, LLC statint that they acquired a debt I owe to Federal Truck Driving School, some time back in 1988, This company was paid in full via my Government Student Loan, which I am still paying off! My first contact with them was with a Mr. Meyers, I explained to him that this student loan was bought by a company named aes and I have been making payments to them until recently, I receved a letter from them telling me that my account had been put in deferment until 2011, when I graduate from the current college program I am enrolled in.

Hello, I'm in California and recieved a call from a settlement company in Phoenix. 2 questions, why is it that every settlement company in CA seems to have an F Rating when this company in Phoenix has an A Rating, and second question can this company in Phoenix do business in California and settle my debt?
