Whose responsible for judgments going on your credit report? Is it the court or the CA that got the judgment? I have one on my report that I was able to get dismissed(YAY) but the default judgment is still on my report with no mention of the dismissal. Does the judgment stay on or is it deleted since it was dismissed? And who do I contact to make the correction?

I am so mad at myself I had 14 payday loans and I paid off 1 and now I have 13 1 will be paid off in May and 1 will be paid off in June. I have been paying finance fee on the ones that are not on paydown status. These payday loans started to affect payments on my mortgage and I had to take one out to cover the mortgage payment in March, and for the month of April I paid my mortgage and was only able to make payments on two of these loans and ended up with nsf. I have made arrangements with some of the pdl companies already. I have not be threatened or harrass by any of these companies.

I am in the process of rebuilding my credit. I have already desputed some items on my reports. Waiting on the changes to be made. In the mean time i am trying to get some good credit together. I went to my bank and opened a savings acc and then got a loan with them for 6 months. I also just got the first primere card. Im looking for one more credit card or merchant card that will help me build credit. Anyone have any good places to use? I looked at crownjewelers but i would never order anything there so im looking for other options.

Hello, Hope someone can help me? Here is my long story LOL. I have a defaulted student Loan (Stafford) that was originally through AES/PHEA and was then sent to the Dept. of Ed. for collection. I haven't paid on this loan since 1997. It has been with numerous collection agency's with no luck on them collecting they usually just give up. I usually send them a cease and desist letter and I hear nothing again for usually a few years until they send it to another CA and over and over again. This time they have sent it to PCR.

I am looking for a reputable company that does credit repair and I came across a company called "Credit Assistance Network". I am very sketchy when it comes services I find online. I don't want to get scammed so I am just curious if anyone has heard of them before committing.

Has anyone ever tried any of the cyber begging websites? I am so desperate for money and I'm probably 2 or 3 weeks away from Chase and B of A filing a lawsuit or judgement against me. So I posted for help on digitalcharity.com - 'cause it's free. The title is "I Need Help So I Can Get A Job". What I wrote there doesn't tell the whole story ... I am in really dire straits ... I feel like I woke up in the middle of a Twilight Zone episode. I know if I straigten out my financial situation, I'll get a job. For me it's the catch-22.

hello everyone i'm new to this forum, I'm really new to all this, just got my computer and Internet. I want to start my own blog but I just don't know how to go about building my own web site, can anyone please recommend what would be a good start? like....do I have to learn programming to build my own web site?
