I as well as my work have been sent a wage garnishment for past due legal experiances. on my behalf in the amount of 5400. We are trying to figure out how to see how much money is to be garnished out of my checks at this point i have one garnishment that is set up for child support for 447 per month and my payroll is 45k per year. I get paid 2 times per month.

I need to know how to fix this problem for my Son.

Well today was the day :cry: I finally had to put down my 17 year old man :cry: He was having a hard day yesterday. It has been raining here for like a week and the dampness set in and he was limping around so bad yesterday. He hasn't been eating either. So I had to make the call to put him down. I'm kinda glad I did because during the check up they found he had a heart murmer and they said his thyroid (sp) disease was getting the best of him and even the vet said it was time. But at least the sun was shining and he got to lay in the sun one last time.

if i file a complaint with ag of my state what happens? Same with FTC? What do they actually do? Creditors/collection agencies seem to do what they want to, how do these agencies help us the consumer?

Hi I read a few threads here and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. I have gotten myself way over my head in payday loans and there seems to be no way out. I live in NJ and it seems that payday loans are illegal there so I was wondering what sort of action I could take. Here are the payloan companies and the amounts borrowed and paid. Id appreciate any help you guys could give me.

Can anyone please explain from what date does the 7 year time closck start for neg account to drop off my credit report? is is the last time you were late? what happens if your late here and there, when does 7 years start? How does charge offs figure into this date? Does each cra utilize a different date or is it all the same? How do deletion dates of collection agency(jdb) figure into this? Or can we all just make it up..LOL..

what does that mean? back in december i did a stop payment on cashbox. and only now the pdl company got the dispute letter. and april 14th i got a letter from the mail saying they honor my claim and a PROVISIONAL CREDIT OF ___(AMOUNT) __ are final. what do they actually mean by that/??

I have an outstanding debt for $8500 on a personal loan I got when I was living in New Zealand. I have returned to my home country of Australia & as a full time student I am finding it difficult to repay this loan due to international transfer fees. Banks will not help me to refinance this loan as I am a student and the loan is international. Debt mediators and similar debt relief agencies cannot help me either as it is an international loan. I am seriously considering not paying off the loan as I will never return to NZ.
