I disputed two things on my report back in Oct. 08 they were removed and are now back on and it says investigation in process. What can I do? Do this still fall under the 30 day time frame?

I'm in the middle of a Chapter 7. We are NOT reaffirming our primary mortgage loan nor the HELOC. The HELOC loan was made from a different bank than the 1st lien. From what I understand, by not reaffirming, we are basically surrendering the property in the Chapter 7. We owe 100k on the HELOC but if the home were sold, the HELOC would possibly only get 25k back. We are current on payments on both our primary mortgage and the HELOC.

I have a few accounts that hit my credit each month. They are collection accounts or charge offs (some of the charge offs and the collection ones are hitting me each month for the SAME act, like it was sold or something but they are both reporting it each month) basically Im wondering if I pay everything ontime NOW like the one CC i Have and my student loan and some other stuff willl my credit slowly start going up? OR will It continue to go down since these collection companies are reporting not payed EVERY month. Thanks for the help.

I apologize in advance, I really just need to vent.. I am so depressed over being so broke. I really am feeling so overwhelmed since I lost my second job. It seems I am always pushing bills aside instead of being able to pay them. And this is my rent, electricity, groceries.. I tried to get assistance for my utilities bills but they say I make too much money, heh. I just find myself barely getting out of bed, unable to concentrate at work.. if I could somehow come up with $1,500 in a short time I would be good, finally caught up and back on track.. but I know that is so unlikely.

Does anyone have an address (preferably) or a phone number to which you can send a settlment offer into Wells Fargo Card Services? I have a lot of different addresses for these guys and not sure which one, if any is the right one for a settlement offer. And ever time I speak to their representatives, they are so busy telling me about how the next step is litigation, collection, or wage garnishment, that I never get in this question about a settlement address. WF has been by far my worst creditor to work with.

please help me out here, i just got informed of a letter my employer received (good think h/r didnt get it yet) i intercepted it before it went to them. its asking for all sorts of information, my name, address on their records, phone # ssn, position, hire/termination date, salary, and title. i dont know what to do, has anybody seen/had this done to them? when i first had this company calling me i sent a cease and dessist letter but apparently they decided to send this letter to my place of work. what should i do?

The program is that the company challenges the validity ofyour debt and files paperwork against the credit company saying your debt with them is not valid therefore your (the consumer) owes the creditor nothing.
