this is how i found myself in debt i had a liver transplant when i was seventeen i'm 26 now and have a two year old son but when i was about 20 i had about 5 credit cards i was working and paid on them everytime i got paid then i got my first apartment with someone i thought was a good man but i would soon see other wise. i was the only one working paying all the bills and still able to keep up with paying my credit card bills.

Thru advice of out attorney, they have told up to let our 04 grand Cherokee be repossed. Finally called Chrysler Financial today to tell them to come pick it up. Ist rep said we are nly 9 days late and that they don't pick up cars that only a few days late. I explained that we were filing chapter 7 bankrptcy, she put me on hold, came back and said we had to turn it in to the dealership. I explained that it won't start and we haven't been able to drie it for almost 3 months.

if i already had student loans in default and i decide to go back to school and take online classes does that affect the amount of aid you receive?

I want to report a debt collector for violation of laws. where do I need to go

Hey everyone I have two credit cards that are due to BOA, earlier today I received a call from National Enterprise Systems regarding the accounts saying that Bank of America had been trying to get in touch with me for months and that BOA was looking to go into legal action over the accounts. I have only known about the issue since today and had not received any notice. The problem is that I had moved to Albuquerque from Atlanta in December and BOA's website did not let me change my address or phone number.

Hi all - Most of you know my story - bought a house, got royally taken by the shady broker & real estate agent - all the "bad" things you saw last year on the news about brokers, etc - it all happened in my case. Filed Ch. 13 to try and save the house, but ended up converting it to Ch. 7 and surrendering the property later on when it became apparent that Ch. 13 was not going to help. Colossal waste of money, stress and energy.

Does anyone know how land line and cell phones are looked at as far as type of 'account' if referred to collection? I am in the State of Washington. Thank you.

How do i find out what the collection laws are in the state of washington? and who can and cannot collect in this state. I do beleive that Swicker and associates are not allowed to can judgement from WA is that true?
