Is anyone familiar with this company and if they are legal or not? I suspect not. They don't have a website, although I do have thier email, phone and fax. I had applied online with check into cash and immediately my phone rang and they said they were calling about my application blah, blah, blah. Well I thought it was check into cash calling me, it was'nt until much later when going thru my email that I realized it was a different company altogether. Any way I paid it off and ended up getting a second loan from them. They made me sign a "contract" and fax it in.

My husband has a debt that is 5 years old since last activity and now total amount from CA is more than tripled the original credit amount from OC. We all know they pay pennies on the dollar for the debt, is this legal? I'm in the process of trying to restructure his debts and repair his credit. HELP!!! Is there a cap on amount and when restructuring should I ask for the assignmentvalidation papers. How do you go about enforcing the SOL on debts?

:shock: I have been waiting now for 2 days, though it's on the weekend, being Friday the first day during the week. I have called and checked on my checking account and the loan still hasn't been processed. I have bank of america. Do you know of any reason why it's not posting in my checking account ? I am in TN. I have just about decided to go ahead and close out my checking account but just doing a little more research first. All my pdl were paid yesterday so I have 2 weeks before they hit again, so I have a little bit of time to work with. What is everyone's experience with teletrack? Is it just pdl's? It seems like I read somewhere that they also do reporting for cable companies and telephone and maybe other things? Just wondering if the illigal companies report to teletrack if you don't pay them according to thier terms and if thier would be any negative consequences.

i wanted to thank you for your help. I had 11 payday loans and have settled with 5 so far with 1 being paid in full without any further payment, and the rest being settled for only the money due after my payments were deducted one of them was only 20 dollars. i still have six left but have not really heard from them. i had a couple of collection calls but other than that nothing (knock on wood). i would like to get the rest settled especially since a couple of them owe me a refund.
