I just checked my credit report and found that AIS services has 2 collections on me. I have never received anything in writing from the, so I know it should not be on my report. What do I do, how do I dispute this? Please help!!!!

How do they do a chapter 13 if you seperate after filing and you are on disability? We talked to a lawyer yesterday and I am going to seperate from my husband. I did not tell the lawyer that because I did not find out what all my husband had done till the meeting. How will they do the payments if we are not together?

Hello All: Well, my Certified Return Receipt Requested letter I sent to JD Enterprise and Financial Services was just returned to me by my Postman. They wrote "Refused, RTS" on it. There was also a sticker on it saying "Return to Sender Not Deliverable as addresses Unable to Forward". THe address I used is the one on their damn dunning letter. So now what?

I am getting harrassed by somebody claiming to be a debt collector from Arrowhead Investments. They say they deposited money into an account in 2007 but I just opened an account with this bank in 2008. Now they are threatening me with jail time. Can somebody please help me or give me some advice.

posted this in wrong area, sorry. So, i've reposted here: I have 3 outstanding pdl from 1 1/2 years ago: 1 Cashnet, 2 PaydayOne..all 3 internet pdls. I have paid these people over and over for a couple of years, paying them off and re-borrowing. Everytime I paid them off, I ended up paying double what I borrowed...then had to borrow again because just paying them off left me broke and in need of cash. And I'd pay them off (again losing double) and so on and so on.

Can you have you wages garnished for not paying back a payday loan?

Please help who is CCCI and who do they collect for? I got a billing from them for Skiers Edge???? Who are they??? I checked credit report and this is not even on it am i getting scammed?
