HOW DO I PAY BACK MY LOAN FROM GRC FUNDING

My girlfriend and I currently have a total of 4 loans out.

I received an email from CTC in response to a letter I sent to them on February 7, 2009. Using the Cease and Desist letter template and adding the following Paragraph. Due to the fact that Internet payday loans must be licensed in the state of California to be a legal and binding contract, your company should NOT issue loans to California residents at all. I am requesting that you send me your license number which enables you to offer loans to California residents.

i recieved a call from i guess a law firm today stateing that i needed to call back and she left her ext number an then a file number. any one ever went to court on a payday loan thorugh djr llc corporation? any one have an e-mail for this company? and if it goes that far if i get a summons who delivers it?

wi'm trying to get out fo debt with having multiple payday loans. I have paid more than three times the money that is owed to them,how do i get out of debt?

My husband has a default judgement against him and we're not sure what to do. Have talked to and paid attorneys but they say bankruptcy is the only option. I'll try to stick to the facts but we honestly aren't sure what this is for. Husband had a nasty divorce in 1998 and there were some unpaid bills from that time. In April 2006 he was served with summons and complaint, but didn't understand that he had to answer, was waiting for notice of court date. In August 2007 a default judgement was entered against him. He has assumed that it's for a GM cc. We are in MN and the Sol is 6 years.

I have recieved an e-mail from PayDayFlash 3 times now that says they are going to sue me if I don't answer to complaint and I was wondering if it was legal to send this kind of letter through email. I have an internet payday loan with them that I can not pay. I am in Co and can not find anything on if they are legal in Co. Not sure what i should do.

Is it me, or is anyone else experiencing a problem with the forum loading awfully slow?

If i Have sent out offer letters to various collection agencies and have not heard anything back, what should I do? DO they have to reply to me, even if it is to refuse? I am trying to get things taken care of and just wanting to get it done. Any and all input and advice would be greatly appreciated...
