I am down to my last 3 payday loans. 2 of which are illegal. I owe $250 on the principal on one and as big a pain as they have been, they can wait. Western Sky / Cash Call are pieces of work. I paid the money back that I received from them and told them they wouldn't get any more money out of me. They quit calling but now they've got TPS calling me. It sounded very legit till the guy on the phone called me names because I asked him where he was going to be filing the case to sue me. The last one is legit, Speedy Cash. AdAstra has the account and it is showing up on my credit report.

I have 9 payday loans and do not know where to begin dealing with them. Payday loans are legal in my state but not 9 of them. I do not know if they are all licensed to loan in Indiana. I have already closed my original bank account. They are calling everyone, employer, husband, son etc. and I do not know how to begin repaying what I owe or dealing with the phone calls.

I have a question about second mortgages. Our second mortgage, through GMAC, carried a balance of 22,000 and we began paying after our Chapter 13 discharge. That company went through some type of reorganization. Last week, we got a letter from OCWEN saying they now serviced the loand and it listed a balance of 32,000. Yesterday we got ANOTHER letter saying OCWEN was now servicing it for a company called RFC Home Equity and it had a balance of 49,000. As you can see - our balance has more than doubled and I don't know why.

Good morning. Where do I find a letter to send to PDLs to tell them that they are not licensed to operate in my state (FLorida) and that I have already paid the principal amount and that I am refusing to pay anything else. I have looked for the DIY link, but can find it. Thanks.

I live in California and had a delinquent payday loan that I has been sold to some sort of firm. They now have a "locator" calling my phone, my family, and my job to ask questions about me. I am not sure that this is legit as I have been caught in fraud before. Can they sue me and is it okay for them to harass me on this level?

I requested a payday loan from boulevard cash last week and was informed that the fee would be pro-rated if the loan was paid on 2/28. I also received an email from boulevard cash stating the amount to be debited from my account. Needless to say they deducted the full fee instead of the amount provided in writing. When I contacted them they informed me that the supervisor made a mistake. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! What are my options getting a refund for the amount owed to me.

Will ACH revoction stop checks as well? I've heard the lender can create a check to process once the debit fails.
