can any one give me an address for 500fastcash.com and unitedcashloans.com i have loans with these company i sent them the revoke authorization and told them they can no longer take paymnets from my account. i have emailed and called for a physical address to send in payments they will not provide me with it. i want to pay but i don't want them coming into my account can any one help

Back when I knew I could not keep up with the Min pmt on the CC cards I sent cert letter to all my creditors asking for hardship and to close all my accounts .. Told them all to reply in writing if the would accept what I could do ... They do not reply to my request ..... Just kept sending me statements with late charges ..........and calling .. SO I sent them another cert letter .... They ignored that one too, just kept sending me statements with late charges now I owe more than when this started ...

I have been reading this forum for several weeks and have gotten some great advice. Here is my question: I have 2 B of A accounts. One has about $16K and is 3 months behind, the other has about $15K and is 2 months behind. They havent really been harrassing as of yet and I did answer the phone today when they called.

I was wondering if it is possible to setup a special link page / sticky that shows examples of the many form letters we all need to use. Every time I start to look I have a heck of a time finding them. It would be nice if there was one post dedicated to the proper forms for all the important letters. Cease & Desist Debt Validation ACH Revocation And any others that can help. Every time I get ready to get this done my head feels like it will explode. I have 7 different pdl's I need to send letters to and I get overwhelmed at the daunting task.

I have no idea if I am in the wrong section, so please correct me if it is not. I am renting a car this summer and I found out that they do credit checks when using a debit card (i do not have a credit card). I know that between my bankruptcy in 2006 and my charged off credit cards, I will never be able to qualify (plus the problems my fraud alert created on this since my idenity was stolen!) The rental company told me I could get a secured card, he mentioned Bank of America. I am not exactly sure how it works but I do not even know if I will qualify.

Citibank sent me a letter on December 29th, I responded with a debt validation letter which Citibank recieved return receipt on January 15th. So irritated right now... they let me do a hardship program where I don't have to pay the monthly fee for 4 months supposedly without penalty or interest charges... well guess what...they jacked my interest rate up to 27% from 17% ... >< How the hell can someone who is financially in a pickle pay them more? I don't understand why creditors raise your rates when you don't make a lot or in a tight spot. If you can't pay what they currently want how will you pay more? So, now I dunno what to do after this 4 month period is over.

New to the forum and have a few questions. I have 2 CC debts and am current on both as of yet. Next month (and the at least the next several months to follow) I am pretty sure that I will not be able to make my payments. I am self employed and business has not been the same lately thanks to the current state of the economy. I am about 4.5k in with BofA and 14.8k with National City. I have read the settlement process starts around 120 days past due. I have read of few stories of BofA settlements on this site. Are they aggressive when it comes to speaking with them?

They are bugging me for Chase. Rude, mean and nasty.

I really don't think my story is that extreme. A college student back in the days I had 4 or 5 credit cards. Many of them I ended up couldn't pay off. Just earned enough to get by. I have to eat and pay my student loans and decided that I just couldn't pay the monthly payments. My biggest debt is Chase credit card. The debt is about 4 years old. I don't even know which CA bought it. I don't even get letters now maybe. I have been promoted in my company and became a full time manager for 2 years. Been saving some money even though I do spend a lot.
