i have 60,000 in cc debt. 22k with boa, 15k with wamu, 15k with union plus, and 8k with chase. i am about 70 days late on all accounts and my 22k boa was turned over to i c systems collections .my settlement company has notified all cards with cease and dissist, and power of attorney paperwork. ic systems were calling everyday and being very nasty, then 2 weeks ago the calls stopped, the 8k cahse card call every 3 days and are pretty nice. i haven't heard anything form the other 2 cards yet. i have paid 3 payments of 750 dollars to my settlement company . my account has 1500 in it.

Well.... I called Cash1 & Money Mart today -- my loan with Money Mart is due tomorrow so I had to go in today and set up & sign the paper for the EPP.Which is $58/ever two weeks and that one will be gone. And with Money Mart I didn't have to pay the first payment until my next payday. Which is NICE! I also called Cash1 and am going in tomorrow (that one is due on Saturday) they want $75/every 2 weeks and want $75 tomorrow for the first payment. Which has to be ok I just want these started and GONE.

I am currently dealing with AllianceOne. Please, I am looking for those that have been victimized by these "humanoids". They are the nastiest little creatures I have ever known. It is revolting just to know that I share the same planet with them.

Hello all. I know I haven't stopped in for a while but I have had a ton of things going on. First off, everyhting is going very well now. Family is good, work is good.. boreing but good (after all I still have a job), and school is great. I've been borderline on the decision to file bankrupcy or not. Going back to school and quitting a very financially rwearding job has some very severe consequences. In the end it will be worth it, but the rewards are at least 2 years away.

I received a letter from afni saying I owed 51.97 from Sprint. I called afni to let them know that I am now and have been a current customer of Sprint over 10 years for my cell, and have no outstanding bill due. Sprint just does not let you pay...anyone who uses this company knows this. Of course the young man insisted that this was a bill from a long time ago. I informed him that I had just recently checked all three credit agencies to check my scores and they show nothing for this bill.

OK lets start from the beginning. My husband is selling his property. Well we found out there is a judgment against it. His x wife and him had filled bankruptcy 12 years ago. The lawyer who did that, has now been disbarred. I don't know if he did his job right now that a judgment is against the land for one of the credit cards he filled bankruptcy on. Well the lawyer is tracing down who would have the judgment so it can be paid or just written off. Well it has gone through 4 different companies now. Chase Manhattan is suppose to have it now.

I closed my bank account. My bank stated that there would be no way that my account can be debited or reopened. I am keeping my fingers crossed. I have opened an account somewhere else and confirmed that my check is going there. This will save me about $425 every 2 weeks. I am typing up the cease and desist, wage assignment and will fax them tomorrow. I am going to also mail them certifiied with a return receipt. I am also working with debt management place to once and for all get out of debt.

my bank account is froze due to a court order what can i do

I need help now. I am paying on Federal Student Loans and thought that when I started to pay that I had consolidated all my private and Federal loans together, but unfortunately I was mistaken and was out of the country for months and have defaulted on my Private Student Loans to the tune of $36,000.00. I am more then willing to pay, but the collection company is demanding $20,000.00 down and then they will arrange payments of the last amount owed with payments so high and with so much interst that I could not afford to live.
