These guys are great! I notify them regarding my hardship and she immediately setup a interest free repayment plan. This is why it is good to borrow from licensed PDLs. She even said this will not affect me borrowing from them in the future if I need money for emergencies. But she does not have to worry about that. I will never again borrow a PDL. That is a promise.

Quick question I hope you can answer it. Got sued my Trak America they used a attorney to get a judgement from Chattanooga TN.. Cap One was the plantiff listed but they would or still will not talk to me of the account they said trak america was contracted to collect. well my question is why would the attorneys office or atleast their name minus the attonerys at law header appear on my credit report as a inquiry? why not capital one or even trak america ????

Hello again: I am totally freaking out... I had posted here before about JD Enterprises and an AT&T bill from 2001. They called again and are now claiming it is $1600, not $1200, and are now insisting the last payment was made in May of 2005 (which is a boldfaced LIE, as I was pregnant with my son then and it had been at least 4 years since I made a payment). This guy started yelling at me, said, "bitch, just pay your bill" and hung up on me. Then I called back and asked to speak to his supervisor and he said he was "the highest in command there" and again hung up on me.

My word...I came on here today to browse..And I have had to work! I have edited out at least 3 nasty comments in the last few minutes..Is this a regular thing lately? they are all attacks on members.

Has anyone ever heard of GHS Debt Solutions? I started with them in September and I am still getting threatening calls daily. I have stopped paying them and I just do not know what to do.

Has anyone heard of this agency? Are they a collection agency or an attorney's office? They have called my cell phone twice and never left any kind of message.

Okay I got a call yesterday telling me that Advanta was going to go after my business license. Has anyone ever heard of that? I called and finally have made my appointment with a BK attorney and told her about it. She told me that if I had it on tape to keep it and bring it.

Okay...I DV'd a CA over 3 months ago and they have not validated...BUT they are reporting on all 3 of my CR. (oh surprise!) Is it true that a CA CAN report on your CR (without DV'ing) as long as they note in the CR that customer disputes? Can anyone provide proof in the FDCPA that they can do this?

No wonder CA's can't ever validate your accounts. I have a WAMU account I defaulted on and have been contacted by APEX to collect on it. APEX wanted me to work out a payment plan and said they were collecting for WAMU/SST. I told them I wasn't going to make an arrangement with them til I talked to WAMU. I contacted WAMU to see what my account balance was the last transaction I made on the account and was told that the account was sold to NCO.

There are companies offering Rent Back home during recession. A lot many agenciesies are available, including banks to rent back. The idea behind it is, when you are about to loose your home and has no options left, sell your house on rent beck term. You have the home physically with you but the owner will get changed. The agencies propose that they have buyers that will sell you the home back when you are ready with funds.
