this collecter agency has my social claiming i owe 860$ if i dont pay jail time, this person has a unlisted number cannot trace, united legal headquarters , also claimed to be a officer

I have a defaulted payday loan, and now I have the debt agency calling stating that the payment arrangement of $50 every other week is not good enough and need more, and if I don't pay more they will garnish my wages for a $600 debt..is this true

I have the following 3 payday loans AAApaydaycash - $400 - $100.00 taken out each check its now up to $150.00 each check - down to $350.00 owed Cash Central - $700 - paid down to $600.00 $150.00 out of each check Cityview - $300.00 $90. taken out of each check. I live in Minnesota. How do I get out of this. Please help urgently.

I took out a payday loan with speedy cash in tx it was over the internet. I defaulted on it after i made like 4 or 5 payments of 152.96 now they have turned it over to a collection agency. Named "Ad Astra Recovery Services" and i recieved a letter today stating that i had 15 days to respond back to them and pay 657.00 or if i didnt they would sue me and go for my proptery, cars, bank accounts etc... They also said that if i didnt rspond that they would have access to my credit report, bank accounts, credit card, employment, etc...it has shown up on my credit report and i disputed this.

i have 10 payday loans out. Yes! I know that was stupid. I put a block on my checking account so in 2 days none of my money will be taken from me and I will have my whole paycheck. Anyways. Should I call my lenders and tell them I can't pay? If I talk to them, can / will they call my references and boss? I can't afford that to happen and I don't want this to cost my job. I hired pdl assistance to handle my loans but they don't start negotiations until I have some money saved so I fear that I will get my wages garnished and my references and boss will get harrassing calls on me.

A lawyer for Portfolio Recovery is threatening to sue me for a debt that is past the sol. Should I reply to him that the debt is past the sol or just wait for him to sue me to bring it up in court? I'm hoping to scare him away from suing me with a sol letter but I am afraid that they may reage the debt if I show my cards early. Any suggetions?

I live in MA. I was paying for a wedding and got a payday advance for 500. I have now paid more that what was agreed upon. Is there anything I can do?
