I was contemplating accepting the services of nationwide debt direct llc. If they could reduce my debt to various creditors by 60% via bundling it with other people's debts and negotiating on my behalf i was willing to take it even if they are making money off me - i would still pay less monthly than i do now and be free of it in a reasonable amount of time. However, upon Internet search I uncovered certain level of dissatisfaction with their services. Please advise!

I closed my bank account and opened 2 new accounts, one at the local credit union and one at another local bank. Delbert Services is now trying to collect for an illegal Western Sky loan being serviced by Cash Call. I have paid over $1,100 over the principal amount and have been battling with CC since August 2012. They claim I still owe over $2,500 in principal and have passed it off to their in-house collection agency Delbert who is now asking for over $4,100. I need a very strongly worded letter to reply to Delbert Services' dunning letter. They know I dispute it, CC knows I dispute it and WS knows I dispute it.

A man from TAC and Associates called my employer yesterday and wanted my home phone number and threatened legal action to my employer. They claim I defaulted on a loan from ACE cash express. I don't ever recall having a loan from ACE cash express! What to do?

Hey, I received a letter from National Credit Adjusters yesterday stating that they had bought my account from payday one. We defaulted on payday one two years ago. It states that they bought and are assuming all rights granted to the original creditor. All Obligations you agreed to and incurred wtih PayDay One of Delaware are now owned by NCA. I live in Tn. and I know that the internet loan was legal.... Do I ignore this letter, or do I need to send something back to them.... they say that I woe them 1532.00 but are offering me a settlement of 800... Please help....

So the name of the lender is American Web Loan. The company who has the file number is Capital Miller and Associates. Then they have an outside locator who called my job and somehow gets my bosses name and proceeds to ask for her. This loan was obtained by the internet i do reside in NYS. 400 dollars was deposited into my account. 180 was taken out. When i found out that was not applied to the loan it was just an extension to pay the 400 back which was not disclosed.
