Does anyone know the email address for Credit Protection Depot? I have defaulted on my loan with "www.paydaymax.com" (on purpose). I have a letter I would like to send by email letting them know that I will only pay for the principle of the loan... I have already posted in the forum regarding my pdl troubles and am taking the next steps. An email was sent from "CPDCustomerService@CreditProtectionDepot.com" -- I tried this address and it was returned. I then tried "CustomerService@CreditProtectionDepot.com" but it was returned again. I would prefer to email them.

I have been eceiving calls from a debt collection company. I called the number and was told I had a 600.00 overdue bill with Verizon wireless. I was shocked because my bills with verizon were always paid. The guy told me the number and I told him that was not my number but he said it had my ss number and that was true because it was a number that belonged to my son-in-law when he needed a phone for business. Obviously ,I approached my daughter and she told me they had taken the number out of my ss number and name.

In 2005, Palisades Collection in NJ sent me a bill for an AT&T Wireless account in NY from 2000 that wasn't mine. My first and last names were misspelled on the account. Palisades Collection threatened, I wouldn't pay, and I got AT&T Fraud Dept. to tell them it was not my bill. I wouldn't pay it then, and I won't pay it now. My mistake was giving them info, such as home phone number. They use it to hound you when you expect that they will do the right thing. It resurfaces now from Palisades Collection in PA. These people are persistent cons.

Hi, I just received a letter from a company by the name of Valentine & Kebartas, Inc. saying I owe this company Ecare Contact Centers $897.86 but doesn't say for what. I have never heard of either of these companies but when I look on the internet it seems Ecare is a payday loan co? I have no idea what this is for but I am going to respond that they send me something in writing. Their address shows as a P.O. Box 325 Lawrence MA 01842-0625. I don't think I would be able to send my letter certified.

I defaulted on a few online pay day loans 6 months ago. I can't seem to figure out what to do to clean up the mess. Unfortunately at this time they have been sold off to shady agencies. I have paid a load of fees from the loan interest to bank NSF fees. My checking account charged off at a ending balance of $2k with BofA. Can I talk to the bank and make some arrangement w/them? They couldn't stop the every other day debits that caused the NSF fees because I had to give them proof that arrangments were made w/these pay day places. PLEASE ANY HELP or suggestions.
