Hi, i accumulated alot of credit card debt @ 10 years ago. ( alot) I owened my own business. so anyway now i have judgement against me @ 80 grand. My husband and i have been married 3 years. So, like many others. I took some some payday loans. I am in Connecticut and know they are illegal. I closed my account, took charge of my life and have had pretty good luck making payment arrangements in the principle only. The one giving me a problem is Beachside. They sold my acct to Statewide Mgmt. I got a call from a "process server" yesterday. I was in a bad mood so I called back and spoke to Kaitlin. The number they gave me was 877-343-6421 x406.

I disputed negative items on my credit report and Experian investigated ,but I never heard back from them. Also, they are still reporting a bankruptcy incorrectly as a dismissal and not a discharge. by law, it can chapter 13 can only be reported for seven years and it has been 8years. What can I do to get them to remove it and other items being disputed.

I wanted to know if Cash Jar loans are legal. Last month I borrowed 1,100. They took out $347.00 after 3 weeks and next month they will take $646.00. I wanted to pay them off two weeks after first payment and they told me it would be $1,400.00. This doesn't seem legal.
