Threatening to turn me over to the Justice Department

Ok I have four payday loan companies that are driving me crazy. First Quickest-Cash-Advance (MTE Financial Services). Orginally I took out a loan for 300. I've paid 535. I've sent my revocation letter and they responded with; RE: Your Complaint We have received and reviewed your correspondence regarding your complaint with the company. While the information that you have collected may apply to companies that have physical locations in your state, it is our opinion that it does not apply to our internet business model. This is based on sound advice from our legal department.

I loaned from "www.cashtransfercenters.com" and have gotten help from the forum. I defaulted on the loan on purpose and put an ACH on my bank account. They have sent a collections letter that states this: "This outstanding amount has been listed on your Teletrack Report and, at this time, is negatively affecting your credit score. This may result in the loss of any credit privileges extended by creditors who use Teletrack. This may also have a negative effect on any existing credit where the creditor is a Teletrack subscriber.

So I recieved the following email today. Should I send a DV? I am not paying $400 on a $200 that I already paid $180 in fianance charges. Plus I never talked to them so how can I agree verbally to something. :lol: What do you all think? I am trying to pay all five of these things off. OK - its very fair to say that I am stupid!!! I even know that!!! I have emailed and faxed them letters letting them know that i have frozen my bank account. Whats the next step. What are they going to do to me. The total amount of debt is $2800.00. Please can someone let me know about this situation? I had a citi bank credit card that I did not pay for almost 2 years. Now when I pulled my credit history. I see 2 things. First Citi bank is showing account CLOSED not paid and sent to collections. Second the collection company now has a same account from citi bank and the collection account is showing active. Remarks are “”customer cannot locate””. Now if I want to fix this should I call the citi bank and pay the amount OR should I call Collection Company and pay it.

My mother passed about 3 weeks ago. She was widowed, and my brother and I are her only heirs. There is a good amount of credit card debt: ~14k There are also a good amount of assets to the estate, which include about 225k in retirement funds, and 250k in real estate. There is little cash to settle the debts, and I have a strong desire to keep the homes, and touch little of the retirement. I am already dealing with West Asset Management and DCM Services. I have told them she died without a will, provided the file number for her estate at the clerks office.

866-964-8194 X 702. "beth abrams" left me a threatening message to have me or my attorney call back immediately...anyone else gotten these calls? She said the company was OSS. Wouldnt give out the full name.

Got a call today from a "beth abrams" and the company's name was OSS. She would not give me what the OSS stood for. She left a threatening message to have either have me or my attorney call back immediately. The number she gave me was 1-866-964-8194 X 702. I am so tired of getting harassing phone calls. What do I do now?

I'm about to sing up with longhorne and I have heard mixed reviews. Before I spend this extra money, where do I get the letter samples to send. I'm in California. Thank you
