I know that several of mine are legal companies that I need to call and make arrangements with but there are a couple that I suspect to be illegal.. would someone mind looking at my list and telling me if they know or not?

I closed my old bank account today and the branch manager was super friendly. She really understood what I was going through. She assured me that my account is closed with a hard ACH debit block and that no debit will reopen my account. She opened a new account for me. I've read on here that it is possible for the PDL companies to get my new account information? How do they do this? And how can I avoid this happening. I am about to start debt consolidation.

Hi, I've closed my bank account and am in the process of fielding calls from 3 different lenders. From what I can tell 2 of the three are legal in TX where I live. Can anyone tell me how, if I can, keep them from calling me at work. They've called a few times already and if it gets back to my boss - well it could be bad. I've sent emails requesting mailing addresses and itemizations of my account to each of the companies.

Hey everyone!!!! I know it has been forever since I have been here, so I wanted to pop in and say hi and give a quick update on everything. I am still unemployed at this time. Having a heck of a time finding something. There just isn't anything out there, but I am still looking. Also waiting for my unemployment to kick in. Due to a severance payment, it is taking longer, but I have not had a paycheck since the middle of December because my severance went to pay for an emergency loan we got for my son to help get the car going again so he could finish his trip to NV.

Does anyone know what WFNNB-TSA stands for on a credit report? I know WFNNB stands for World Financial Network National BAnk, but I don't know what the TSA stands for

I tried changing my profile name but I'm having no luck. Any ideas?

I know I do not have to file for bankruptcy because I have no assets and my income is exempt. I have a lot of bills, one judgment already and another debt collector suing me for a debt that is not mine. I just want a fresh start in life and want to put the past behind me. I have 4 credit cards right now all with a balance of $400 or less.
