What happens if you are on a payment plan with the IRS already and you fill out your taxes and owe a pretty big amount? I know, I know change your withholdings. We did that last year, but I guess it wasn't enough :? We still owe the IRS like $600 from last year now we owe $3,344 :shock: I know we won't be able to pay THAT much by 4-15.Can they just add this onto the payment plan I have with them already? I am just sick :cry: This sucks :x

Closed my old bank account. Plan to open a new account. Simple question. Is there anyway these people can take money out of my new account when I open it, and if they do can I do anything about it? Thanks. From my understanding, the only way they could take money out of this new account would be if they won a judgement against me in court to garnish my bank accounts. They just can't pop in and take it from my new account right?

If I type up my answers to a summons I received and turn them into the county clerk do I need to put on there that I am representing myself or how do I handle that. I have heard that these companies really go after you if they see you are trying to represent yourself. Not sure what to put on there other then my signature. I dont want to give them a default judgement.

I just recived a phone call saying that i owed $13,000+ on my credit card, i spoke to the credit card teller of Bank Of America wich she gave me this web site and told to send an email to you to report this problem. the problem i moved to Casablanca, Morocco in March 17, 2006 and i am sure i have NOT charged anything on any credit card.

Is this number familiar to anyone? They keep calling me at work when I try and call back I get transfered to a general voice mailbox.

Has anyone had to settle with these guys? My wife has had a long standing (20+ years) relationship with them on her auto insurance (her parents were in the military). This past year, we accepted their offer for a credit card, now can't pay the $24k balance. In talking to a couple of debt settlement companies, they both have said that we'll need to find a new auto insurance company if we are going to settle their debt. This has made my wife terribly upset, and for reasons that probably aren't worth explaining on the forum, she is blaming me for this.

I have First card credit card debt that have civil judgement dated 1/1994. It has now been purchased by Bowman, HentZ and Boscia and received verified motion for proceedings supplemental. I checked my file in the small claims court and noted that the notices had been sent to my old address and thus I have judgement against me. This does not show up on my credit report 2004 and recent 01/2009. I am unable to find legal help in the city to find out about SOL. I have made contact with the law firm that is represnting the debt collector.

being sued by Sessoms & Rogers too, they filed suit after ignoring my DV request, answered the court summons with a "can't confirm or deny"...i don't know what happens now? will i get a court date or something with questions on it from sessoms & rogers...do i have to file a motion for discovery now? or should i just wait? (never been sued, defending myself)
