Hi I have been reading the posts on payday loans and I have not seen any information on Washington, DC. I have payday loans with, United Cash Loan, Ameri Loan, 500 Fast Cash, Payco, GFS (General Financial Services), Sonic Payday, Bahamas Marketing, Group and Loanshop. My question is are there any debt programs for assisting with paying off loans. I'm really going deep debt with these companies. I'm sorry I ever got involved with them. I need help fast so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I had eight payday loans and am trying to find info on 3 of them. I don't think I went through websites to find them, I think they called me. I am dealing with the others now. I have complaints with the BBB with most of them now but my bank account is almost 2000.00 overdrawn. I went to my bank and they would not help me and won't close my account. The only numbers they said they could give me were the ones on the bank statements, I needed the ACH numbers.

I am on my way and it's because of this wonderful community. I found you about a month ago and last week was the 1st time in over a year that I had a full paycheck with no PDL debits :lol: I originally posted that I had 8 PDL's but in fact it was actuallly 10 and all of them were overpaid. In the last month I have received 2 PIF's and 3 PIF's with refunds. 5 down and 5 to go. It feels good to know that you are not alone and that there really are people who care. Thank you again :D

Recently my mom past away,and my dad also past away 4 years ago leaving me with the property.I'm currently trying to sell the property and just found out there is a lean on the property Because of some work my dad had some one do on the property. Which was by a person who was not licensed or bonded and their was no contract just verbal agreement by both parties.What can i do

If I live in Florida and I got a payday loan online and can't pay it back can they pursue criminal action

If you find out your wages have been garnished(without your knowledge) I have been told BK will stop it, but my question is: Will your money stop being garnished right away or does it take awhile?

this might be more of a statement than question, but how are people getting their wages garnished without a court order? I too am in the wraith of the collection agencies bullpuckey and am trying to be prepared for whatever might happen including the possibilty of declaring bankruptcy, but it is scary to think some of these CA's can take your money without a court order. Right now I am playing the waiting game, but man oh man how I would hate to think one day without knowing BAM there goes 25% of my check.

A creditor garnished one of my checking accounts. It's with a credit union, so I only keep it open to make my car payment. Can they go after my other checking account with another bank at the same time?
