I received a summons from a county I haven't lived in for 7 years an old debt that was paid. I was drafting a response stating improper venue, etc. I called a legal line provided by my employer to ask if my response sounded ok. The guy told me I MUST get an atty in that county to handle it. Is that true? Time is running out.

I wrote in yesterday about the 4 PDLs I have. I appreciate the ones who answered and let me know that both 500 Fast Cash and Loan Point USA were illegal. Does anyone know about PDL Loan Center and AeroAdvance? Are they legal in Mississippi? How do I deal with the illegal ones? I am closing down my checking account. Should I email or call these companies and tell them the account is closed and I do not plan to pay them because they are illegal?

I was a co signer for an auto loan and the primary person on the loan went bankrupt. This happened about four years ago. I have not received any phone calls or letters in regards to this matter until this past week. I received a call from a company called National Action Financial Services the phone number is 800-697-4901. I have followed up on it through the internet and I have heard many bad things about this company. So I was to see what you thought?

I received another call today from 500 Fastcash stating that they no longer work with Langhorne. Is anyone else experiencing this and is anyone using Langhorne right now that has a Fastcash account? Someone is not being upfront with me and I'm trying to figure out who. Langhorne assured me that when I signed up they would have told me in the beginning if they didn't work with a lender and they stated they worked with all of mine. This is very interesting.......

I'm ashamed to be writing this but here goes. I was convicted and served 1 year in jail for identity theft. I've been out for 5 years now. I'm sorry for what I did and the person has been paid their restitution. My question is this. The Credit card in question was taken out in 2001 I used it all the way up until 2003 paying every month to keep it a valid card. In 2003 I got wind of the owner having heard of it and then the legal system took over. I took the card out as a autorized user .

What do you think about a company that cannot turn off their auto calls, that have no name or reference number but calls your home every day. And it is not your call was a Clifford Pitts, but everyday now I get a phone call from ZAC
