Zip19 has been very quiet since receiving my demand for a refund after discovering they are illegal to lend in my state (Arizona). I only overpaid by $298 but I would like that back... Has anyone ever received a refund from them? Who were you in contact with at the offices? I seem to be getting no where when sending a fax to their customer service fax #'s.

Well in addition to working on my PDL's I decided to deal with Cash Call as well. They did not receive their December payment drafted from my bank account because I closed the account to deal with the PDL's. I didn't call to give them the new account information. At first I got the standard e-mails and calls about sending them a Money Gram for the payment. I finally told them I couldn't pay it and I didn't have a new checking account for them to debit anything from (I do but I am not giving them the account #). So, this went on for a few weeks.

I posted earlier and no one knew who ACR (Advanced Credit Recovery). They said they were collecting on behalf of Vince Enterprise and or/ EP Processing. Since they refused me any names of who I was talking with, any fax, mail or email information, should I try to send a C&D to Vince ...or EP...? Would ACR be a 3rd party collection or are they part of the same company just using a different name? Also if these PDL's are DBA as multiple names does that make it a 3rd party collection if you loaned under one name and they call you with another?

If I am trying to do chapter 7 on about $170,000 in credit cards but want to keep my home that is current, will I have a problem? my mortgage payments are fairly large and the only reason I can keep my home is because I have two room mates living with me that are helping pay over half my monthly mortgage. Can judge deny me keeping a home I can't afford myself while BK credit card debt? My income is awful this last year and half so i know I can show hardship, just concerned he can find my home to be something I don't need. let me know. Thanks.

If I get a daily email from a loan company and have sent them a C&D letter, do I keep sending the same letter to them in response to each email I get or is one enough. They are not calling me just not sure if I should keep replying to thier standard emails.

I recently moved and forgot to change my address with all the people I get mail from. But I had some DOE direct loans around 5000. I got a call at work saying they would garnish my wages. The lady was really nice and we setup a payment plan and I paid 1200 off in the first two months and then its going to be 85 dollars a month after that. Then two days ago she called me to tell me that my tax return for the year would be offset or if I wanted I could pay 3500 right now and settle. I told her if I had 3500 dollars don't you think I would have paid it all of the first time.

A few weeks ago, I signed an enrollment agreement with CSA of Texas. So far, I have been treated very well and all questions answered kindly, but I am scared to death. I have read both good and bad about this company. In fact, I have read good and bad about all the debt relief companies which I feel is a bit normal. Has anyone had good effectiveness with this company or is all for not? I take full responsibility for decisions I have made financially but I do not want to get in worse shape. Neesey

I have received several call from advanced credit recovery inc. They used to call me under another name. They threatened me with court and refused to give me names of who I was talking to, fax number, email and/or physical address. Obviously I know they are illegal to make loans in CA due to the way they handled the call. Does anyone have a fax number that I can send a C&D letter to? They said they will not give me the fax to send it to but also will not stop calling. Thanks for any help.
