I recently got a phone call from Witherspoon Ryan and associates, her name was Ashely. Regarding a PDL from 2008 from BMG marketing. The original loan was 200.00 and they wanted 1,600.00 but willing to settle for 198.59 for two payments, But they said the ATM withdrawal would come from Brown and Brewer. I have looked through many forum post about Western Sky and Cash Call and not found one where a settlement with these companies (or I should say company) was reached. Has anyone ever been able to settle with Western Sky/Cash Call on their illegal loans? Paying only the monthly payments until the principal was paid? Thanks!

Recieved at call today at work from someone who was with Advance Me Today. She said last Friday's ACH withdrawel didn't go through. It was supposed to be for $310. Obviously that account has been closed, i did recieve an e-mail from them last week stating after the Feb 1, of the 310, i would paid in full. I was well overpaid on the principle to begin with. Well, when I talked to her, I told her no to call my job. Since then, they have called my cell a few times. I already filled out a complaint with the NC Attorney General last week, after I sent my ACH revocation letters.

I took out a $ 300 loan in december with The seven group / CWB. I live in PA. Before my first payment was due, I closed my accounts and revoked ACH. I sent them the email and offered a payment plan. They responded that they will accept the principal only, but they didn't accept my payment plan. They wanted the whole amount. I sent them $ 100 by money order, thats all I could afford at that time.

I am currently in a debt management program with Greenpath. I have 3,100.00 left to repay and have 900.00 in unsecured debt outside of the program. I was wondering if it was a good idea to add the remaining debt to program or just pay it off on my own? Thanks, Matt

The company LVNV is coming after me over two cards the the last payment were made in Nov 06 and the other feb 08. no legal actions of any kinds have been filled with my county courts to this date. PIF - today - ACE Cash Express, Money Mart, 1 Stop, and Check into Cash.. Will be using taxes to knock out - Cash 1, Cash Time and Speedy Cash.. Then just to wait and see what WS/CC finally comes up with, but not really worried about that one so much - I will eventually send them the balance on principal, legal lenders were my main concern.. And then Plain Green which I have not heard from since Dec sometime I count that as PIF and also received a PIF from Great Plains. .. I am getting call from a 877 and 866 number stateing they are a process server for state and I need to call them asap or they and the authorties will be serving me at my place of work or home and if they can not find me then they will add that to my charges. What the heck? Do I call them or forget it, they have home, number, cell number, and work number and are calling me on all 3 of them.

I have 3 internet loans. I live in Nevada. Someone help please. The loans are Ameriloan - 300.00 LiquidCashOnline - 500.00 VIPLOANSHOP - 500.00 I cannot pay these off. They are taking 380 in interest every two weeks. 760 a month. Are these illegal in my state? I know they have to be licensed in nevada.
