First of all I just want to say that I worked for this A%#h@!e for about a week and he is as about as nasty and smug an individual that you hopefully will never have to meet. He treats people like s*%t. As far as people posting about how his company is filled with Mexican gangbangers, while that is just wrong. Mark has employees of all ethnic backgrounds and the majority of his highest ranking employees are black or white. So lets not make this about "race". Even if there are "gangbangers" working for him now dose it really matter if the are mexican black, white or asian.

Did you see that CNN article about the riots in Oakland? It's really tragic what happened but the riots don't solve anything.

i've gotten a few messages now from this person thats calling and leaving these long messages about how i need to call this second and they want to talk to my attorny, and if i dont call they wish me good luck. they are calling me from cell numbers so i cant trace it back to the source. i know they are bs because i've read alot of stuff on these people, they sound like they barley learned english (no offense) and i can hear the background noise sounds like a bunch of people all talking at the same time so i know they are in a crappy call center.

Hi Everyone, More questions :? Are Magnum Cash Advance and International Cash Advance the same company? I obtained a loan from Magnum but when I looked at an earlier e-mail from them I noticed it said International. This is the only company I haven't sent a letter to and want to be sure. OK. Legal Aid said they coudn't take my case. How fun. I'm going to file my answer with what few affirmative defenses that I think I have. Does anyone know if I have to have this notarized before I file it? I'm then sending another letter to the JDB's attorney. I'm going to ask them nicely to please send me something proving that I owe this debt, and that they can legally collect it. I don't really want to risk a judgment. I'm going to tell them that if they can show me that this is my debt, I'll be willing to pay $50 monthly if they dismiss this case.

being sued by cach. sent their attorneys a dv letter, they hit us with discovery we answered, telling them to show their info. now we rec'd copy of order requesting motion for summary judgement attached also was copies of affidavit counsel, attorney fees, bill of sale, affidavit of sale, bill statements card holder agreement an d affadavit of correctness of account. they also want the full bal on the old chase account 10,000.00 attorney fees court costs and post judgement of 5% until paid. want to do now wait for the court. or try to settle with cach attorneys.......

Hello, I had got a letter in the mail from mann bracken. It was an arbitration letter. I live in pa and this account was from chase. I owe $10,000 and they said they would settle for for 75% of that amount. Anywho, I am working a lawyer doing bankruptcy and he said not to worry about it and do nothing. If they get a judgment against me then that would be entered in the bankruptcy. I am a little nervous and kind of don't like the idea of doing nothing. I don't want to have my wages garnished. Any ideas or opinions? Thank you
