I have a call center, and one of my employees answered the phone and let him know I was not in the office but he may be able to contact me at home. After this was said, the the guy tells her that I should be at work if this is my company, she went on to say, I just work here sir and I am sorry but I can not help you with my bosses personal stuff.

Does asking creditors for debt help show up on your credit rating? How does it effect you in the end

I received a letter yesterday saying that my chapter seven bankruptcy was dismissed because they did not get proof of income. Everything else was filed correctly and we already had a meating with the creditors. Is there anything I can do to rectify this or can I refile?

I recently discovered there are two debts on my credit history 1. 158$ to a collection agency Zenith Acquisition 2. 132 to a collection agency NCO FIN/27 I have sent debt validation letters, regular mail:(,to both but they did not reply in two months time. I was trying to validate the debt and then was planning to negotiate PFD. I called NCO. they said they do not have my debt anymore and that it is back with Bank of America. told me to call the bank. They also said they see a debt of 400 something dollars.

Hello! I have some negative marks on my credit report and I have reached a point where I am comfortable enough financially to start thinking about resolving them. I have two negative marks on my report, one from NCO FIN/22 for $200 (opened 4/07) and one from RJM ACQ LLC for $1017 (opened 9/07). The second debt, I had begun paying off through a plan offered to me by them. I paid about $300 off, but have since stopped payment since I read that paying off the collections will not necessarily improve your credit again. My ultimate question is, what do I do from here?

I am currently sending all my storefront/legal payday loans $25 a paycheck (twice a month) in form of a money order. They do not like this and do not consider it a "payment arrangment" but they cash the MO's. Lately two storefronts have said that they are "escalating their collection procedures and will obtain a judgement against me, adding $100's of dollars of legal fees to the total." Soooo, do I have the opportunity when sued to go before the judge and point out my albeit modest attempts to settle this debt? Has anyone ever done that? What happened?

Bought by another lender? i imagine they can do that but i get letters of apologies with 0 balance that got transfered or bought and deleted items popping back up kings credit srvs i been lied to by them & their trying to collect a debt over 10yrs old i never been thru this i need to learn im stressed out and there.s identity theft here online we can just go to my accts question i have many
