Please I need urgent help with my payday loans. After all the loans are paid off I have no money left to pay bill or buy food. I really need your help. Please tell me if you have a form letter to let the payday loan company know that I want to pay the loans I just need to lower payments and pay on the principle. Outstanding Payday Loans 1. This has likely been discussed elsewhere in the forums (although maybe not specifically regarding Verizon). I closed my account with Verizon in June of 2008, received my final bill and paid it closing the account (have copy of the final bill stating "Final Bill" which shows the credits for the partial month and thanks me for being a Fios customer. In October, I received a bill for $107.90 from Verizon (for the same account) claiming that it was my final bill and that I was 60 days delinquent.

Debt has always been an up and down cycle with me. My credit is ruined now and I vow to make this year the year that I clean up my act; pay back my creditors and improve my credit rating!

Can someone please clarify for me which date is used when an old debt will be removed from a credit report? Do we use the date of first delinquency or the date of last activity? I am in CA so would it be 7 years past the date before someone will be removed on an old credit card account? Please help

I did a cash advance with CTC which came due on 12/26. I am unable to pay the amount back to them at this time. They have given me until 1/9 to come up witht he $$. I don't think I will be able to come up with the money until around 1/23. Does can anyone tell me how long it took before they contacted your HR/Payroll and/or will CTC work with me if I need an additional 2 weeks to pay them back. The lady i keep having to speak with is not alot of help and really won't tell me what will happen if I don't have the $$ by 1/9. Advice/insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

how long do old debts stay on credit reports in the state of mi

now that i am almost out of my pdl mess i need to boost my credit which is in the :oops: 480 ranger. what would be my first step . I have no credit cards and no money at this time to pay off any old debt. are there any unsecured credit cards that could help me? i ve had the same job for 4 yrs but am the only income due to my husband being unable to work. also, does anyone out there now any work at home legit jobs for some extra cash to pay off debts

would getting a debt consolidation loan affect going to refinance you home?
