As requested, there will no attempts to contact you in any way in an attempt to receive any additional payments for this loan.

HI, I live in Kentucky and currently have NINE storefront payday loans out in the state of Kentucky. I am so ashamed and embarrassed for anyone (including my live-in boyfriend) to find out about this. I've been reading other posts and I am glad to know that I am not the only person to fall into this trap. I am still cursing myself though. This financial trouble kept me from enjoying my holidays with my family, and I really need to put some kind of plan in place for the New Year, to get this monkey off my back.

I am about to go into arbitration with a law firm. I was wondering if there were any lawyers from PA in the forum that could help me understand the process and what to expect if a judgment is granted. The debt is mine. I tried to set up monthly payments but was denied. Thanks

I had been recieving internet payday loans and had been paying them off for about the last 6 months. when I realized that I was in way over my head, I decided to try to pay them off and stop. Then all HELL broke loose!! something came up and was not able to pay right then...now I'm receiving threathening emails from these companies. I couldnt believe it because I have ALWAYS paid my loans off and on time. The first time I'm late, they are threatening me...I'm tired of this vicious cycle, I'm ready to do what I have to do to get out of this. Can anyone help me as to what I can do next?
