Ok I need help. I don't know where to go... I received a payday loan for $500 a few months back... I kept paying the "refinance charge". I had to close my bank account because I got hit with way too many overdraft fees when my account got hit. So I have no recorded of how much money in "refinance charges" I paid through this company but today I got an email from a company called NRS (National Recovery Service) with a balance of $510. They said EPProcessing (The PayDay Loan) turned it over to them. My question is what can I do?

Recieved a letter from AI, in trying to get rid of a debt, but since have probably had at least 50 phone calls trying to get more money .On one phone call was told that because my payment was late they didn't have to abide to the agreement,but when i informed them that they must have recieved it on time because the date it was deposited in the bank was a monday and the due date was a sunday. The person i talked to hung up on me, so now when they call i tell them that i will see them in court

ameriloan told me they are legal in Nebraska because they are an internet company and they do not have to follow Nebraska laws is this true. They would however come up with a settlement because I am offering to pay, even though I have been paying since June. Any thoughts? Thanks

ok..my husbands card was behind so it was sent into collections with A.R.M. they called and got me (im not the cardholder but i am his wife) and i thoguht is was the cc company! they offered to settle and i figured ok.. they tried to set up a 3 month plan but i said the monthly pymt was too high he said well for now we'l just SAY thats it and you'll see what u can do". i figured ok.. seemed lax and i figured it wasn't set "we'll see.. for now" & i also thought it was the cc co!

:evil: I understand we are in debt. We had a debt we have been paying on, one of the last actually but with everything that has happened we defaulted on a bit under 150 bucks...at this point we can barely afford our rent and utilities, we have been treading shark infested waters for a few months now, we had our car repoed a while back (volentary, not that over matters how it got repoed), we got evicted, our nice cleaned credit got tanked. Well, this company has been hounding us left and right.

Has anyone heard of a company called Balance Pro? I was referred to them by my credit union, to help rebuild credit. My credit union pays them for the service. Its free of charge. So are the worthy?

I have received a call from this number saying that they are in process of charging me with fraud. Call the number back and i dont any person just a bunch of noise. I do live n texas and have pdl that i have defaulted on. Is there anything that they can do. I was in the process of trying to pay them pack and know this has happen. Any help out there. Thanks

I, too, received a form letter from "Kate" stating that I was chosen because I'm so incredibly "special" "gifted" "spiritual" etc., they wish me to join their secret organization.

Does anyone else see the what the hell is wrong with the government spending all our money to bail out all this shit and not give us ANY of the money? I don't understand why they don't take 1 trillion dollars and then give it to the 138,000,000 taxpayers in our country if they REALLY WANT TO STIMULATE THE ECONOMY. I mean, am I just that much smarter than our government or what is the deal here??? that would be about $3500 per person or $around 10,000 to a married couple with 1 child. Come on

I have several outstanding payday loans, and they are killing me! Right now, coming up on Friday when my paycheck posts to my bank account, I will have $1300 roughly debited from my account for payoffs and/or extension fees. I am trying to figure out a way to close my bank account (that I opened when I lived in NY and that has no local branches in AZ) and/or put an ACH hold on it, plus be able to get my paycheck money in hand.
