Do you know of any reliable companies that handle dmp's there are so many to choose from?

They have had Nations Bank freeze my account for a collection that I was never notifyied about until after the fact, yet they say they did, they didn't even know my address until I sent it to them. I am head of household, and the money that was frozen was a gift from my father to pay for my rent and my son's schooling - they told me they had a right to take it. I filled an objection with the court over 2 weeks ago, and now I have to go to their depo with financial info, is this legal ?

I have 2 calling still, one a Nevada number, but it's paydayloanyes I already found that out through this forum, and the other I'm unsure of, it just gives a busy signal. I have already emailed them the letter stating not to call me at home, cell or work, only to talk to me via email or postal mail. Now what, I never answer and they never leave a message.

I never paid Eastsidelenders, Mycashnow and Upfrontcash so i know that i am obligated to repay them but i could use all the help that i can get with the others

This is my only hold back on doing a debt settlement! I am in a panic over this. Like many of you I had several payday loans out back in 2007. I did a Ach revocation(two weeks before they were suppose to come out), which they didn't honor not surprisingly. I mailed copies to my bank and thought that would be the end of it. When I noticed that the ACh's till went through, I contacted my credit union. They wouldn't budge because it was overdraft even though I sent letters of Revocations.

Cash Star Group payday loans put $300 into my account without talking to anyone they called my work and asked the store coordinator questions and she didn't give any she told me pleas tell me how to contact them?

Just 2 days ago it was nicely warm here in Texas. The weather was 70-74 degrees and nary a cloud in the sky. At 4:30 a strong wind blew in and 15 minutes later it was below 40 degrees outside. The next day we were treated to snow. I was driving my husband home from his work and I noticed it had stopped raining and it looked like sleet was falling. I was about to pull over and let my husband drive and then I noticed white flakes. My daughter and I were very impressed and amazed. It snowed from about 5pm to 11pm.
