I have 2 pdl usfastcash owe $400 principall. fee $120 + paying down by fifty starts Jan =$170. ameriloan started out $350 now $250 principal. fee $75 paying down by $50=$125 I am current on both, so far. I went to a pdl consolidation site because of these two loans plus my son's father not paying his child support at all for months have made it impossible to pay utilities and all of my rent next month.

It shows up as 424-901-1198 on my caller id, but when I call it back it tells me goodbye and disconnects the call. Anyone know who it belongs to?

I have received a response from UnitedCashLoans via the BBB and needless to say they are not happy campers with closing that loan account. here is there response: "At the time of the application the terms and conditions were presented and he had the opportunity to print them at that time. He had to answer a question whether he understood the terms before we could even receive the application to process. In addition, there was a 48-hour time frame the customer could cancel the agreement without incurring a fee.

Hello everyone, My problem is I am horrible with money. My husband is so fed up with me because he makes a decent penny and I work as well but sometimes, we are left scraping the barrel the day before payday. I have cc bills that need to be caught up and utilities. I know I should communicate with him more but being scared is my problem, I don't want to seem like a failure. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

The orginial loan amt was for $1500. Below are pymts I made. They say my remaining balance is $24.30 due 1/25/09 12/8/2008 $1,500.00 11/26/2008 $128.02 10/27/2008 $128.02 9/26/2008 $128.02 It just seems to me that I have paid enough and when making my $1500 pymt was paid off.

I am wondering if anyone here has used this debt settlement group? Also did you have good results? any info good or bad please let me know ASAP! Thanks Cheryl B

Does anyone know the address I can you for the dispute department at Bank of America? I had a MBNA credit card that was charged off in 2002. I want proof of what they are reporting as my date of last activity because I think it is wrong on my credit report. I will be asking for billing statements and proof of payments recieved for the time they have on my credit report. Thanks!

I signed a promissory note with AES to consolidate two private loans. The promissory note that I signed stated a variable interest rate that is comprised of 5% + variable 3-mo LIBOR rate. Upon receiving verification that it can been consolidated, the disclosure statement declared a ra6te of 7% + variable LIBOR rate. This was not that I had signed!!! When I called AES, I spoke to four different people about the situation.

'Aloha! My fiance and I are desparately trying to repair his credit. when he was 18 he recieved the poormans holy grail (capitol one card)! This was almost 5 years ago. It had a $300. He lost his short unstable job and learned shortly after, we had an unexpected surprize on the way and he couldn't pay his tiny debt. He tried to pay them about 3 years ago, but couldn't continue to pay it (by that time they were asking $1100!).

I am hoping to make payment arrangements with 4 of my 6 PDL's (the 4 that are storefront) but I just added up the numbers and if they give me a plan of 4 equal payments it would be $147 for each loan each paycheck ($588 total each payday for 4 paydays). Extensions were costing me $610 a paycheck which is why I had to stop paying. I am so far behind on "real bills" (like utilities and car payments) that I need to pay these first for a while then deal with the payment arrangements for the PDL's. What will the storefronts do if I can't do a 4 EPP?
