Does anyone get as many personal attacks as I do? Amazingly enough, I am so anti-popular I have started getting attacks through MYSPACE for my help here. Somehow I really managed to piss people off..probably those CAs that arn't getting paid....but I just wonder.... Why me? :)

Since Webpayday will not stop calling my job, I now want to ask for a refund. I have paid $950 on a $500 loan and they say I still owe $420. How to I go about asking for a refund.

I am ready to get myself and my husband out of debt. Can someone tell me if its possible to call a bank to set up payment arrangements on a closed account balance even though its been reported to chexsystems? In some cases, do you think they will settle the amount to remove me? The bank is US bank. Thank you for any information you have.

I had 2 payday loans with check n go (store front) that were sent to 2 different collection shops.1 with Alliance Assets and the other with Capital Asset Funding. When I called Alliance ,they advise me that my balance is $630.00 and 24 hours to make arrangements or my account will be marked as refusal to forwarded for processing. I advise that I had a e-mail from check n go stating that $220.00 would pay my account in full. I also advise that another collection shop is trying to collect on the same account. They responed that I have 24 hours.

My husband has taken out so many loans that I can't even begin to imagine who or how much at each place. We are close to getting evicted from our home because of these stupid loans. He says that he owes $4,000 total to these places. Now How could that be! How can these companies take advantage of an individual like that. I thought our state was going to pass something that stated that if you have existing payday loans out with one company that you couldn't go to another one and get a different loan.

Hello! I am still looking around for a debt settlement company. Has anyone ever used Trinity Financial Mission? If so what can you tell me about them. I so want to find a company that I can trust. I am so anxious about all of this. Husband wants something to be done right NOW but I am worried that we will use a bad company and get ripped off or something so I am researching & shopping around. Any good advice out there? We have around $90,000 cc debt that we want to be done with.

I am having a hard time getting a small loan can you help?

I was able to set up two EPP's, one with Loan Mart and the other with Ace Cash Express. I start both on 12/12. Ace just started doing this about a month ago, they are not CFSA so I was happy to find out about their new plan. I am almost finished with Cash Central, two more payments and I am done. This has been a really difficult time for me, I feel broke all of the time even after I just got paid but I know it will be worth it in the end.
