Has anyone ever had their child's father, or mother try to use your "poor credit history and financial decision making" used on them in court for custody???? If so, what kinds of answers or proof can you provide that yes, you messed up but it doesn't make you a bad parent. Also, I was in a bad relationship, I had bad credit to begin with then my child's father, stole the only 2 bills going to his address I had lived there and moved out and has kept them from me, so the bills have escalated (i didnt have the info on the bill) and he just brought it up in court.

Payday Max loan: 600 paid so far: 1029.50 EZPaydaycash loan: 350 paid so far: 565 500 Fast Cash loan: 300 paid so far: 360 United Cash Loans loan: 300 paid so far: 270 I've emailed them all C & D letters but nothing has come from them. Does anyone have their physical addresses that I can certify mail them too? Would faxing these letters help as well?

I finally decided that, after advising dozens of others, to start trying to repair my credit. I need to go in every 30 days and challenge and check entries and also look for FCRA violations. What is the least expensive way to do this and what will it cost. The "free" credit report sites are not free except for the first report that they allow once per year. Hi, I have this nasty best buy hbsc bill that has been lingerning around since 2002 2003ish, that has gone to Nelson Watson for a while now. I have been managing to avoid them for a while, and of course I have been out of work and got this custody battle going on and mistakenly in my moment of weakness, took a call from them based on them posing as a law firm. Because of my other litagation with the custody thing, I made a payment of 100 dollars on this bill because they were threating suit and kept me on the phone forever and I have a lot going on.

I know I owe a bill. They want about twice as much as i can afford to send at this time. If I send them what I can afford to send, can they still file a garnishment(even though I have prove of trying to pay the bill)
