need help on what to do on my court date. I was sued and the company does not want to settle.

I've just join up with the hopes and intentions of getting myself on the right track to financial safety. my debt is not insurmountably but I've been unable to do so on my own. Taxes (Ferderal) 20 k Taxes (state) 3 K and about 5 k in revolving debt (credit cards)

Ok, I have been reading numerous topics on NJ law. I know it says that it is illegal in nj for internet payday loans. What Happens if the payday internet sight says they are from somewhere like the british virgin islands and they say they go by those laws. Is it still in my favor because i live in NJ. Here is a synopsis , all I have is Internet Paydays loans that are getting out of control.
